We had already been considering doing a refi because the rates were real low and we wanted to shorten the term so his call was perfect timing. In previous years, I've filed with H&R Block and been meaning to find a new tax person so this was the perfect opportunity. I browsed through Yelp and found Chad Peshke, with 5 stars and 44 reviews. Many reviews indicated quick response time, so I messaged Chad around 5:30AM for a quote and an appointment. I kept checking my messages that day while at the hospital but didn't see a response. Was a little disappointed, but to my surprise a response did show up at 6:00AM. The message didn't come in due to the lack of reception at the hospital!!! So the Yelpers were right, Chad IS quick to respond. He was all booked up but emailed me with details on his process and how his office would still be able to help with my request. The best part is Chad offers an option to provide paperwork remotely (even accepts PHONE PICTURES VIA EMAIL). Personally, I H A T E when clients email photos of documents.
