I came in for a follow-up after a serious hospital stay and was turned away because the office claimed they hadn't received a fax, despite it being sent the prior week. No real effort was made to locate it, and I was even refused when I offered to email the records myself. Dr. Dyer never spoke to me directly and instead made dismissive, disrespectful comments to staff within earshot. Given the length of time I was a patient and the circumstances, this was deeply unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this practice.

Then she refused to fill my medication again, even though in her own very words, this was the only medication that was left on the market, with the exception of Famotidine. She only works two days out the week Monday and Wednesday and I called leaving several message, begging and pleading for someone to call me back. Never received a return phone call for months. A horrific horrible experience. She did absolutely nothing to help me. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She should be ashamed.

When I can today for my appointment the lady at the front desk (Jacky) said she couldn't see my Medicare card. So after I left, I called someone above them to make a complaint. They said I needed the name so I came back to get the name. When I told a different lady, what my problem was, she had no problem looking it up finding my Medicare and getting me a new appointment while the lady next to her named Jacky just stood there, making faces being rude. It wasn't until he started seeing Dr Moxon that he was finally able to determine the cause. It was a joint effort between Dr Moxon & an allergist who were able to assist him. He has had several scopes and no issues! He has been able to stop both his omeprazole and his cholesterol RX! Inflammation is no joke or anything to dismiss. So grateful to this practice for their time, care, attention and ultimate resolution to his issue.

He did one test, a CT scan, then grossly missed diagnosed me as a drug seeker despite my constant pleas for a colonoscopy and even my doctors at University of Chicago said I needed a colonoscopy. He would not do it. Needless to say, a few weeks after discharge I finally got the scope at UofC and not to my surprise, there was a massive blockage.
