Come to find out they were billing me on an account I didn't know I had and didn't bother telling me that they'd created a new account for me. So now I have a bill in collection because they were too lazy to tell me that I had 2 accounts for some reason and I'm the one whose credit is going to suffer. They don't care at all. Just say they're sorry but have no remorse for what they did. Just matter of fact "you have 2 accounts" but they don't actually care that they screwed me over. These people are horrible and they shouldn't be allowed to continue to practice in this manner!
