He was able to lay out our options in a way that was easy to understand and then help us with what made the most sense for our situation. I sent him an email explaining that the house we wanted went contingent and he never responded! Never called me either! Completely ghosted me. I had a client of mine also tell me how he ghosted them and nearly cost them an expensive farm. Maybe Harvey doesn't want to work, or doesn't need the money. Maybe he's just lazy. This is TERRIBLE customer service. It's stressful enough getting a mortgage, without giving your ALL your info to someone who just disappears. Lakeshore Mortgage is a JOKE.

Because my real estate agent kept telling me something was not quite right. My real estate agent even called and asked at least three times about the closing costs. I am very unhappy with this. It was not the matter of the money, it's the fact that I was told one thing and it turned out to be another. I would not recommend them at all. I have been a very happy Tech Credit Union for almost 25 years and really wanted to use CU because they are affiliated with them. But I will not be going through them when it's time to re-fi from FHA to Conventional. Apparently I was not the only one this happened to the week of my closing.
