Doctor told me she saw me praying for my dying dad and that he should have not got covid that would have been his miracle, doctor pushed end of life care daily on phone and in person and through other doctors for my dad after placing him on a ventilator, she told me she didn't want to pass my dad as a patient to another doctor on her day off, i came to visit him the day prior to her day off and she flipped on me at the front desk to the ICU saying she will DNR my dad and saying He will die he will die after I asked her to stop pushing end of life care in front of the front desk lady and other workers (zero privacy) guess what they called me half hour after I left saying he is dying and to come back and he would die regardless or what I want done. he died. I am severely disappointed in Centracare. I went for a normal yearly exam with my primary care doctor. I mentioned one thing I was concerned about during my visit and I was charged a SECOND exam fee. The topic I brought up took less than 2 minutes of conversation. It required no extra work for my doctor. It was part of my preventative health. It fit all criteria to be covered under my normal exam charge. I have been told by billing with Centracare that because I brought up a topic during my exam it gives them a reason to bill a second exam fee. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. So now we are not able to bring up ANY topics at our exams because it WILL be an additional charge. This is creating a gap in patient care. What if it was mental health related?..So I can't bring anything up about that in my appointment for fear of there being additional charges?!?!? So when my primary care doctor asks me: "Do you have any other questions or concerns?" I will have to say no for fear of extra charges. This is unreal. Something needs to be done about this. I have contacted Centracare customer service, billing, my primary care doctor and my insurance and no one seems to understand that what they did is a major issue. Do better Centracare. Horrible horrible horrible and manipulative. I was called by someone from cardiology. I said I was teaching that I only had 1 minute to talk. They said they were open till 5pm and that I could call back. It was a 952 number and I called it back at the end of the day, but the number wasn't available to true public to respond with that specific number. So, I called CentraCare explained that I didn't know who it was that I spoke to. The first woman said she'll transfer me over to the people that can figure out who I spoke with so I can get connected. It was determined it was a park Nicollet location in the cities, so she transferred me. That number had the music play, the music stopped then a minute or so later disconnected. I called back the people and I explained the same exact same thing to this second demon talking to me and she said they closed at 4:30. I told her it's not the same thing that I needed to be transferred to the people who I actually spoke with since it's not the same location she's talking about. She sends me to an extremely manipulative woman. This woman didn't even give me a chance to talk and started saying that she is not someone who works in cardiology and as I'm trying to explain to her and in a firm mono tone this manipulative psychotic demon was like "stop yelling at me" I called her out immediately and said that she's not about to manipulate me that there's a difference between being firm and yelling at me. Then she LITERALLY yells at me on the phone and says 'STOP YELLING AT ME!!!!!" She totally manipulated the situation and flipped the script! I feel bad for every single one of her coworkers. Literally, I feel bad for all the coworkers that work with her fake self. I did my part and they hire people who don't want to do anything and manipulate their way out of working. Smh. Terrible if you have a complex medical condition. I'm sure they can treat a cold or a broken bone well enough. But if you have an auto immune disease or are recovering from cancer, they have no idea what to do. I unneededly suffered with debilitating pain for 15 months. I saw 4 different doctors there. I think they read one doctors notes and repeated the "nothing we can do" line. When I went elsewhere, I was shocked at the options I had for treatment. None of this was mentioned by "my centracare Healthcare team." Now I am recovering. I have hope. I'm able to live. Had I stayed at centracare, I'd either still be suffering or dead. I can function again. I'm sure they can patch a cut, but for serious medical stuff, I have no confidence. read more

I give the EClinic one big 0. People weren't helpful. Were rude. Violated my patient rights by refusing to pass along information to the Doctor. It is truly a money scam. No medicine or even a conversation to determine if you need some. Just a place to take what they can and not help people. Typical for Centracare. Also, the Zipnosis people were complete assholes. Never in my life have I been yelled back at by a Customer Service "Professional". But their supervisor most assuredly did not waste his time in yelling back and interrupting me. Absolutely not patient centered and certainly found them to be lacking quality, innovative physicians. Communication among departments is nearly non- existent and as a patient I spent more time gathering data and trying to get all entities on the same page. Beyond frustrating and not what one would expect to have to take on as a patient. I make the 1 hour drive to the metro for all of my care including annual visits. read more

I was on hold for over an hour just trying to ask a question for my 86 year old mother who doesn't have access to a computer, and thus no My Chart. I finally hung up because I couldn't hold any longer. Centracare needs to hire more personnel to answer phones. read more

Because they are the only healthcare providers in the area I needed to use them for my speciality care visits. The staff I have had to deal with has been rude and like a previous reviewer said- they lack communication between their departments, they are difficult to deal with and I struggle needing to collect my own information for pharmacy purposes. Extremely difficult to be seen too, need to make appointments at least 2 months in advance for their endocrinology center. Only rated two stars for the few people I have dealt with that were good workers and patient oriented. read more

I have been visiting CentraCare clinics for about five years. The Rive Campus has some of the best doctors and nurses that I've ever had the privilege to work with. My doctor recently retired, but I will be visiting his CNP from now on. They're great people who take time to understand where you are coming from. read more
