The staff was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They were 100% engaged in giving compassionate care to their patients. They were a high-functioning team, respectful to patients AND to each other. They brought their technical skills together with compassion and professionalism to everyone's benefit. These professionals are the future of healthcare and are poised to lead the way into what healthcare should be going forward: Professional, dedicated and caring. St. Cloud Hospital has to retain more people like this in order to keep serving the public. I thank the team from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of me.

This dr communicated with st cloud orthopedic. Led me to believe I was having surgery. Get to st cloud er and put me in the waiting room with 40 people before me. The whole time I thought I was getting a bed, turns out I was waiting for a rm to see me. Pain meds wore off hrs ago. Once I got a rm was in there for 3hrs. I hadn't had anything to drink or eat since 8:30 AM. Got a pain pill at midnight. Worst experience of my life. 13 1/2 hrs of Bs and no surgery.

I really wanted to talk to her doctor, but I think that is too much to ask! At least HCMC I would get updates to her condition and what the choices were that needed to be decided. They like to hold threats like you have to come up with a certain amount of money to see a doctor. Why would you want to see one of their doctors? Well for a medication refill which they will hold over your head. No medication? CentraCare does not care all they want is to lie and trick you and take money from you no matter the cost. It is worth it to take the train to the Twin Cities and find a doctor with integrity. Do not give Centra Care your patronage.

What makes her great? I'll share a few examples for you. 1. She has an amazing "supporting staff" that is incredibly helpful and friendly. From her amazing nurse, Lisa, who's always on top of things, to the cheerful staff at the front desk, you're always well taken care of. 2. Dr. Zhou always listens and encourages you to get involved in your own care. Listens to your concerns, questions and even ideas you may have concerning your treatment plan. 3. If your health concern requires a specialist, she doesn't hesitate to refer you to the approriate dr. 4. She's very down to earth and has a great sense of humor. She never talks down to you. 5. You never feel like she's in a rush to get you in and out. Dr Zhou takes the time to address your concerns at every visit. 6. If you have to be hospitalized she will not turn you over to the dr on call. She will be there for you throughout your hospital stay. You don't get that kind of care anymore! She takes care of her patients. I strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment with her if you're in need of a great doctor. Dr Zhou is an Adult Internal Medicine Doctor. She is often absent for days or weeks and no one returns your calls or messages. In the age of communication the St. Cloud Medical Group seems determined to not utilize taking messages or showing them to the doctor for weeks. Not to mmention the five hour waiting times EVEEY TIME for a 15 minute appointment. The waiting room is always packed and we often have the same appointment times since she double and triple books! The north campus often reschedules your appointments or cancels them without any notice so when you show up nothing is on file regardless of your mailed confirmation page you bring with you! I'm DONE with these so called health "care" professionals. It is very clear they don't care. At all.

Doctor told me she saw me praying for my dying dad and that he should have not got covid that would…read morehave been his miracle, doctor pushed end of life care daily on phone and in person and through other doctors for my dad after placing him on a ventilator, she told me she didn't want to pass my dad as a patient to another doctor on her day off, i came to visit him the day prior to her day off and she flipped on me at the front desk to the ICU saying she will DNR my dad and saying He will die he will die after I asked her to stop pushing end of life care in front of the front desk lady and other workers (zero privacy) guess what they called me half hour after I left saying he is dying and to come back and he would die regardless or what I want done. he died. Help your loved ones and refuse St cloud centra care ICU for loved ones they do not care about your wishes!
