Dr. Vaughn was a complete jerk when he finally called me back for an urgent matter, after an hour. I have been having progressive hearing loss for 3 days and everything I read on the internet said that it's an urgent situation. He has an emergency line so I left a message. When he called back he was really mean and put off and told me in a very ugly way that there was nothing he could do to help me. That he was closed and I would have to call to make an appointment during the week. That he's in Atlanta and there's nothing he could do for me. He had a really bad attitude and was just a jerk. I had occasion to see Dr Vaughn regarding hearing loss in one of my ears. His staff is very professional and courteous and quickly put me at ease. The audiologist who performed the hearing tests took the time to explain everything she was doing and when the tests were done I was able to see Dr Vaughn. He went over the results with me; explaining everything step by step. He has a great personality took the time to answer all the questions I had, not at all making me feel rushed or like I had a time limit with him.
