He has an emergency line so I left a message. When he called back he was really mean and put off and told me in a very ugly way that there was nothing he could do to help me. That he was closed and I would have to call to make an appointment during the week. That he's in Atlanta and there's nothing he could do for me. He had a really bad attitude and was just a jerk. And one hour doctors visits usually require a whole day from work. Today, because my 20 month old seemed to be suffering from some sort of allergies, we had an appointment at the Hoover location. Our appointment was set for 9am. We arrived at 8:52, checked in and sat down. About 930, I inquired about when we would be going back, we went back a few minutes after that. Saw the nurse, doctor came in a few minutes after the nurse, then the nurse came back in and administered the tests. About 20 minutes later, the nurse came in, looked at my sons back and sa"everything is negative, the doc will be in in a sec to send ya on home" 45 minutes later, the doctor came in and released us. I wish I could truly make you understand how hard it is to entertain a toddler in a 10x10 that can't tough anything. Everyone was very nice though. Doctor, nurses.

They told me I will get a call for my mammogram (no call at all) after my frustration of waiting 2 weeks for a phone call or response (try them 3 times on the phone) from anyone; I drove to the clinic just to find out that I have to wait till Dec 30/19 for my Mammogram. Then, nurse Beth conducted the first debrief of my hearing test as well as a first assessment of my sinuses. Again, she walked me through all of my results and next steps. She also walked me through the follow up appointment and assessments. During my follow up I met with Dr. Marshall. I was blown away by the time he took to go over my imaging and the implications. He is absolutely one of the most down to earth and thorough physicians I've ever seen.
