To be honest I was going to take my prescription and try and get at Costco because their prices are pretty good. This time round though , the prices were quite a bit lower (mind you I did pick frames from the value section). What I came her to say though is the experience is exceptional. They take your name at reception, and send you on back (I was just looking for a second pair of glasses). Within a minute a staff member comes out and calls me by name, and helps me from start to finish. Staff are knowledgeable and polite, and really make you feel welcome and important.

I understand them being too busy, the confusing part was they gave me a different quote and different timeframe each time I called. Maybe they didn't understand, but then I feel they should be able to ask questions or explain to me why they were confused. Finally 3rd day of calling I got an appointment but it was booked at a different time than I thought. Optometrists and assistants that help fit glasses were very friendly and helpful. But booking was a confusing nightmare. Maybe I talk too fast? Or don't know what kind of appointment I need. But I still feel they should be asking questions to figure this on their end.

The salesperson whose name was Angel helped him to find the right pair, the right size and length. When he was looking at himself in the mirror she insisted he needed to try on a pair of dress shoes. I have good service and decent advice but I could say that they could try and create a better ensemble accessory wise and suggestion wise. I could have easily spent more but just needed a prodding of sorts. Decent selection and always have a sale going on. They do honor work perks and other programs for discounts but make sure you have a bar code to scan at the very least. Spent a long time trying to get a discount only to hear that in Edmonton or Calgary they simply just do the discount as our company purchases lots of clothing at Moores. Was disappointed when I bought a travel bag and realized I could have used a 50% off coupon and as I had already purchased it they would not take the discount off even two days later after a coworker had informed me about the offer. Anyway decent for mid priced suit items. Clothing will wear out a bit faster I find but all in all I have good experiences here hence the returns by me!

The only thing I always wished was that the massage of my legs and feet lasted longer. I had my first pedicure at Safari today and was very pleased. But what won me over was the lengthy wonderful massage. I even asked if this was a common practice or if she was possibly done earlier then expected and had extra time to fill and she said no this is how all pedicures are done that they all allot that much time for the massage! Plus they offer a quick but wonderful hand massage at the very end.....I definitely will be going back :)
