I was greeted at the door by a smiling receptionist, and they got me in with a banker within 30 seconds. Dan M. was my banker, he was most helpful. He answered all my questions and took care of me completely and satisfactorily. They helped me set up an online account too right there on site within several minutes, outstanding. She didn't even want to hear what I had to say and then she argued with me about what day my payment was taken out and said they were all taken out on the first and I said no mine isn't. Then she said you must be paying it late then but as long as you're paying it before the 16th, then you're OK but she was pretty rude to me and very short with me and I didn't appreciate that. I already felt bad enough calling and asking for help or assistance that doesn't make a person feel very well when you're treated like that.

Fast forward to my trip and I asked to have the my limits raised for a week. They declined, leaving me with two options: A $500 daily limit in Vegas or carrying around a bunch of cash in Phoenix prior to hitting Vegas. Neither was great. I ended up paying out the wazoo in ATM and cash advance fees. Additionally, the mobile app seems to be very clunky and somewhere in 2017 in terms of functionality. There's also been multiple times where the system crashes and access to my accounts is unavailable. I'll give them its nice having instant deposit credits when using the mobile app. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. I've taken the majority of my business to an online bank; I'll end up getting the same level of service.

On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it. The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.
