At this location the drive thru was closed and you could only make a deposit inside. I had something to deposit that I could not do with a mobile deposit. There was only one teller and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took longer than I would have liked but it got done.

Now, nationwide they are piss poor, and this location is a good example of that. Regarding many services, if you go into one of their locations for help, they make you instead call some number for customer service. Then for basic banking services, some days that they are open, they don't even have a teller working. But they have a goofy employee in the lobby to give you an insincere, empty greeting and tell you there's nothing they can do for you. What's the problem? They're understaffed because the good employees realize it's a crappy place to work, so they've gone elsewhere. (My wife and I have talked about the good employees of years past there who have left.). They can't handle credit card, ATM card or teller services, so the vast majority of banking transactions can't be handled by them. They don't deserve to handle your financial assets or mine.

They were quick to get the card cancel and and temporarily replaced our money, while our case was investigated. After they investigated we received a letter telling us our case was closed. We were able to get a new card the next day by going to another location that was closer to the area we would be at following a funeral. They have helped us with our car loans and Mortgage. I was so sad to see it close, but then came across this location. This is a nice location with very nice staff. Everyone is so friendly and can really answer your questions. It is one of the older branches, so you get face to face interaction and not over a video screen, which I enjoy! Kohls and Home Depot are on the same road, and is it not too far from the Ellisville Ball Fields. I think I may enjoy this location and then make a shopping trip!!!

The biggest joke of a branch of ever visited. The staff is…read morecondescending, and too busy playing games with customers personal information and laughing about it in the background rather than actually trying to help customers. I would never step into that location again after wasting two hours of my time to accomplish absolutely nothing. Went to the Des Peres Location instead. Day and Night difference in service. They got me taken care of in less than 5 mins with my problem resolved. This might be a joke to FC staff in Ellisville, but this is my livelihood and you guys should be ashamed of yourself and the service you provide. Can't ask management for help because they're the worst offenders. The Assistant Manager, Angela White, just to be spiteful purposely sabotage and submitted the wrong documents. While having the correct and full information in her email the whole time. Once my loan is paid off, I will never do business with first community credit union again based on this interaction.
