I noticed two cockroaches in the kitchen when I asked them for a cup of coffee and the Jr stylist didn't seem to be alarmed. She just stepped on it and kept moving about her business. This place has gone downhill in the last 10 years. It's very sad. I don't know how much longer they're gonna make it. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's not worth it in here. It's definitely not what it used to be. I will not be going back.
