It's an easy place to find that offers more than enough parking. There's a plentiful variety of equipment to fit your fitness needs and Michelle is constantly bringing in new things. The upstairs is where you'll find the cardio equipment and most of the machines, while the downstairs offers a plethora of free weights. The bathrooms are always clean, as is the rest of the facility. There's vending machines that offer recovery drinks, proteins and a wide ranging variety of other things. Most of the members are friendly and have good gym etiquette ie; they rack the weights when they're done and wipe down the equipment when they're done, mostly because if they don't, Michelle reminds them! Lol. Again, she's really done well with changing this gym around. Would be an easy 5 Star review, but they do not have a water fountain which is a bit of a let down, so remember to always bring yourself water!

Plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building. Staff was welcoming and guided me through a quick registration for a free day pass since it was my first visit. I attended an evening Zumba class. It was such a great experience that I visited the next day ($10 per day guest pass) to take a barre class. It can be intimidating when visiting a new gym, but the instructors and the participants were friendly and inviting. The classes had varied age groups and the medium to fast pace of the classes kept up a healthy sweat throughout. I can only review the group classes since I didn't take advantage of the other amenities, but my guest pass permitted me the use of the entire facility (tons of machines, a pool, locker room, sauna, open gym/basketball court, and childcare). The building itself dates back to 1903, but most of the facility has been recently renovated and appeared clean and organized. I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Some of the reasons that I love it so far: * The instructors - I have taken at least one class with every instructor, and all of them epitomize the studio slogan of STRONG*SEXY*FIT. They often come around during class to help make sure that your form is correct so that you're getting the most out of your workout, which I really appreciate. * The challenges - Laura periodically runs various challenges throughout the year to help keep everyone motivated. I successfully completed the Summer Burn Challenge, even with an 8 day vacation scheduled in the middle of the challenge period. * The variety of classes - there are at least a dozen different classes from which to choose. Even when I attend the standard bootybarre class, which continues to be my favorite, the instructors do an excellent job of changing it up so that each class is different. * The equipment - each class uses different equipment including hand weights, small balls, large balls, various bands, TRX bands and of course, the ballet barre. Starting in January, Laura is adding a new class called bootybarre Bounce, which uses fancy trampolines.
