Only consistent quality about the gym is that they cannot figure out how to keep the toilet paper stocked, rags washed, or gym clean. The toilets are disgusting, the drains are clogged with not hot water, and there's never a manager or worker to ever be found. The higher management of the gym could care less what goes on there and will never respond. The gym temperature has always been an issue and still is. The heat is set to 72 no matter what time of the year it is. The door to access the gym breaks all the time or your fob will just stop working. I've seen dozens of people walk in looking for memberships but no one is there to help them. Stay away from this gym.

I constantly see people just sitting on a machine after doing a set and looking at their cellphones waiting to do another set. If someone is waiting to use that particular machine, then the person just sitting there should get up, let let the person do their set (most people just do one set, because once you exhaust the muscle you need to then give the muscle time to recover) and then they can get back on the machine to do another set. So many people think that the more sets you do, the bigger and stronger you get. Totally wrong. So, after saying this since the employee's won't step up to this problem, you just have to adjust your schedule to go in on hours that they aren't that busy. Saying that no one person should own a machine they're on for 10 minutes at a time when other people want to do a set. The right way to work out is to exhaust your larger muscles first, such as the legs and slowly work to the smaller muscles like your arms. When people camp out on a machine, then other people have to skip around to other machines, which makes them have to exhaust smaller muscles first, thus they won't be able to take their larger muscles to complete muscle failure.

You never know when you may need to defend yourself!

They throw there bags, shoes and clothes all over the locker area. I have to avoid the children as many of them are coughing. I found a small table for my bag, shoes, water bottle, coat. When I come back from the work out room a whole family has taken over my table while feeding their kids breakfast. I moved over to a small bench. After my walk I find a family of 8 people sitting on the bench surrounding my belongings. None of these young families ever apologize or even acknowledge my request for them to move. Is this how young parents show their children to behave in public. Is it just my town or everywhere. I am very disappointed in the way the world has become. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and understanding.
