Large, but over stocked. You can find a few hidden items of value after hours of digging. If you like to dig, this is your place. I think some prices are high and sales do nothing to clear out inventory. The "Boutique" section is over priced for a thrift store. Staff are over worked and mostly unhappy, unbelievably not rude, there is no way I would work there! It's almost like a hoarders house! Some things should just go in the trash. I have written and explained how badly me and my wife where treated about a desk we bought and wanted it delivered me and my wife have been spending lots of money there for way over 10 years and know just about all the people who work there by sight as they also know us by sight this woman who sets up deliveries for the store spoke to me like I was a child and would not let me get a word in I was trying to explain to this very rude woman that the woman who handles furniture in the back building pulled out a map and asked me to show her where we live for the delivery I poi Ted out aurora rd by the eaugallie causeway she said I was in there local delivery rout and I would have to pay 30 dollars I said fine I have no issues with that she wrote all the info on a slip I took it to the cashier in the front store who I have seen and spoke to her over the years a very pleasant woman who is always ready with a smile and a how do so I gave her my paper work and paid for the desk and delivery charge she examined to m eff I would g ed t a call to let me know when they where delivering it as I was getting ready to leave a woman came out from the area where the bathrooms are I was told no one would make physicall contact with me because of covid and it would all be done by phone to protect me and the store employees she said is this the guy who bought the desk I yes that was us she loudly and roundly announced we under paid the delivery charge so I tried to explain what the woman who manages the furniture department told me and showed me on the map we where in there local delivery area she spoke over me and did not care about hearing my side I nicely said we are adults can we discuss this without your attitude she turned and walked away saying pay the difference or no delivery again I said excuse me but I would like to talk about this at that she just left and never said another word how dare her treat a customer who has been a true supporter that had spend a lot of money there if it was not for the fact my wife fell in love with the desk or I would have said keep it I do have an SUV that this desk would fit into but I presently had serious heart surgery back surgery and stomach surgery so my covid risk is a very serious concern to me and she had the nerve to come out not wearing a mask and I have seen them tell many other people coming in the shop to wear a mask but I guess that rule does not apply to a boss I am very hurt by this as was the cashier she kepted apologizing for the other girl and I told her I was not mad at her in the least she had always treated me with respect as I always do with her I told her after this delivery was made that I and my friends and family will never come back to shop there again this manager in my opinion should not be working with the public and the reason I use to shop there was I knew my money was going to help the homeless and I had a great friendly relationship with many of the employees there well it's your loss and the people you help will suffer because of this nasty u pleasant woman who is burned out and needs to be placed some where else in the Sharing center so she has no contact with your customers I hope you take this serious because it is thanks for your time but I wonder if this is falling on deaf ears and sadly I think it is read more

I have no idea how my name came out as Bob S., but somehow it did. The truth of the matter is these people who run Cocoa Sharing Center who claim to be Christians hold your paperwork hostage when you finish community service there. That is the thanks you get. This place is the most unprofessionally run venue I have ever seen in my life. There is zero management and the place shows it the minute you walk through it. Now lets put this another way and remember you're a Christian in this scenario. You ask someone to come to your home and cut a tree down, you negotiate a price for cutting down the tree and the tree company does the work, however when the tree company comes asking for the amount owed you say "Im not running to go get your check now". Then the tree company asks, ok when then? Tomorrow? Next Summer? When? And you tell them "Im busy". Is that really what a Christian does? Now when the tree company complains about not getting his money you tell them "We are putting your money on hold". This is exactly what this shady organization has done. I am going to have to do another 50 hours of Community Service elsewhere (all done perfectly fairly too) because of some employees attitude! These people think that because you are required to do Community Service that they too can punish you. Thats not how it works folks! Stay away from this dirty place! How this place passes safety and health codes is a total mystery. The whole place is a health hazard! The owner acts as if he is a Christian and has a Jewish name. Hmmmm! read more

I want to thank them for helping me with clothes because my luggage was lost by Greyhound from Colorado to Florida. They gave me clothes and I was told if I need anything else they would be happy to help. There lunch was very good and I know how kind some people can be and they are the most kind people I have met here. read more

These folks have done nothing but save me from sheer starvation. They run a tight ship, its clean and organized and I was able to shower everyday that I wouldn't have been able to otherwise, helping me feel like a human again. Thankyou to everyone that works there!! read more

This is absolutely the worst thrift store I have never been in in my life! Not only was it dirty and messy, there was nothing where it should be as far as clothing. The only part that I saw that was nice and orderly was the book section! read more

This is a large thrift shop with an additional furniture barn along the side. They have lots of things for the handicapped if you need a wheel chair, shower seat, crutches too. They have just taken more space for a big thrift on route 520 opposite Red Lobster in Merritt Island. Stop in they are friendly and the money goes back to helping the community.
