5 stars for Dr. Park and Calla's magic touch! A friend was coming here after an accident that we got in so I came to get looked at too. I started treatments the same week and feel that I've truly benefited from the treatments. Dr. Park is very friendly and informative and the massage therapists at his office are great! My FAVORITE therapist is Calla. I stopped going in April and really miss the massages because they're sooo relaxing and kept my lower neck/upper back relaxed all week. I would see her every Saturday and felt confident that I would leave loose and happy. She also uses a heating blanket on the bed, which feels sooo good. Because massage therapy is her passion, she takes classes and workshops to learn different types. She took a shiatsu (spelling?) class and tried it out on me and it was very fascinating the things that therapists can do. She also gave awesome neck, face & head massages. I think her head massages encouraged my hair to grow faster too - usually it's takes FOREVER for my hair to grow but lately people have been surprised how long my hair got. Anyway, I know that if I ever need to get more treatments, I am definitely coming back here! read more

This is my current chiropractor. Ok. Firstly, I never get to finish the magazine article that I am reading which means two things: they have good magazines and even if I walk in I am seen quickly. Dr. Park is very gentle and is a nice guy. He seems to be doing good things for my back in a gentle way and that is important to me. The clinic is super clean and they have cool fascinating posters about your back and stuff all over the place. (I think I secretly want to play a Dr. on TV!) The receptionist is super nice. And they have a cool map where you can put a pushpin in about where you are from! And testimonials plastered (nicely) all over the walls. Since I only started doing chiropractic a little more than a year ago, I only have one other Dr. to compare him to. However, I like him and he is nice and that seems like it is important. Plus, my back feels lots better! I think if you are looking for a chiropractor in the area you should check him out. I guess, of note, is that I drive 20 miles to see him! read more

My review is strictly for the massage therapy since I have not been seen for chiropractic care. the LMPs at this place are AMAZING, particularly Jessica who works wonders with my shoulder and back muscles. One thing that I hate to admit is that I am super ticklish on my back. Embarrassing, I know, but it's true! Too light of a touch and I giggle like a school girl. Too hard of a touch and I wince in pain. Jessica knows the right amount of pressure so that I don't jump like a frightened cat when she touches me, and when she's through, I seriously feel like jello. I've gone to Vina once and she is pretty good too and has Saturday hours, which is a definite plus! Everyone at this clinic is nice, from the receptionist to the LMPs. Anyone in search of massage should try this place because their practitioners are great. Also, insurance processing has always been a breeze for me, which makes life just a bit easier on everyone, right? read more

It's been a few months since I started going to this place, and I've tried Chiropractic, Massage, and Reflexology. Dr. Park is a great chiropractor. I started seeing Dr. Park on July, and my back pain is gone. I had slight migraine, which I didn't realize it was related to spines, but now I feel good. First visits took about 40 minutes consulting my problems and conditions. After that, each visits only took 20-30 min and pretty much no waiting time. I like how there is almost no wait time. (I always make an appointment beforehand though). He is very experienced and informative. Massage was great too. Debbie (LMP) did amazing job. My back and neck area were much better after getting the massage. She is also super nice and personable. I only had one massage so far but definitely need to go back again. I also heard Vina is a good LMP from a person who had her before. Reflexology was relaxing and interesting. Junko was really nice and knowledgeable about what she is doing. It was so relaxing, and I fell a sleep while getting the massage. The only thing is, unlike chiropractic and massage, reflexology does not accept insurance and it is little bit more expensive compare to the place I went to last time, but it's totally worth it. The clinic is little hard to find, but there is always parking (shared with other stores). read more

Dr. Park is wonderful. The actual adjustments are far more gentle than I have experienced at other chiropractors which was new to me, but the results are incredible. He always addresses my exact concerns and I leave feeling 10x better than when I walked in. I have found myself getting adjustments less frequently than I did with previous chiropractors because the results last. So glad I found this place! read more

I am 57 years old and I've always been nervous of chiropractics A couple of years ago I re-injured my back and after 2 months of sitting on it, I visited James Parks with Central Chiropractic. We started with twice a week massage and adjustment therapy. I've been with him for a year now and am down to once every two weeks. My back feels as good as it did in my younger years. Okay, I didn't see Dr. Park the chiropractor, although I know my family has been seeing him for a while now. They really respect him and value his advice. My brother's migraines aren't a problem anymore now! However, my mother has been seeing Vina, a Licensed Massage Practitioner. If I lived here, I would DEFINITELY be scheduling regular appointments with her! (A good masseuse is so hard to find.) Massages at InSpa (my only other experience with Seattle massages) and the LMPs at my chiropractor's in Los Angeles are typically very relaxing, but very routine. Vina, on the other hand, is extremely responsive to the tensions in your body, delivering an unforgettable deep-tissue massage. The massage isn't just a time to relax-- she actually works out the kinks in your body. If you're looking for a snooze-time massage, Vina is not for you. But if you'd like to seriously work out muscle issues, DEFINITELY book an hour with Vina. Cost: $60/hour, but they've been known to have $10 off specials for returning customers. I read good reviews on Vina, so I called Central Chiropractic Clinic to schedule an appointment; before I went ahead & made an appt, I had asked a receptionist if they have an active contract with First Choice Network; she said she will get back to which. When she called me back, front desk person said that they accept First Choice. She even asked for detailed insurance information to verify. Since then, she's left me multiple voicemails regarding one massage appt I had made. I even ended up talking to Dr Park about my insurance coverage; He mentioned they can accept me as a patient as they accept First Choice, and he even knew how many more massage appointments I am approved for for the rest of the year. Then, a receptionist called me for the sixth time; this time she said that they no longer have a contract with First Choice Network. I told her that she should be current with types of insurance Central clinic accepts as I had wasted a lot of time with them over the phone. It is very frustrating to deal with a receptionist who don't know what they are doing. I have met my deductible for the year & I have 57 massages remaining for rest of the year. I was in a MVA and needed a Good Dr. I'm very skeptical when it comes to doctors in the States due to not care much about your Heath and well being goving pills for pain control. I made an appoinment to see Dr. Park discuss my problem areas and treatment as I was listening to him telling me how He can address my problems area and achieve great results without medicine . I went to see Dr. Park because I couldn't stand up straight- I couldn't feel my left leg or my toes-I was walking with a limp...and my back hurt so bad I wanted to cry. After X-rays and a thorough evaluation-turns out I had sciatica. I had no idea what that was..but he explained it all and after a few months of adjustments and the fantastic traction table- I was good as new!
