He was supposed to give me an estimate for other work to be done on Monday and again no estimate and again a no show. Tony didn't return my text enquiries on Monday about whether or not he was coming. It's now 11AM so he's obviously he's not coming today. Another 3 hours of my life wasted waiting around. Really disappointed to wait so long and not get help. Definitely not reliable about showing up.

He checked my electric panel and in 10 short minutes he told me the problem was with PG & E. He even tried calling them, but as I realized it could be hours before they showed I told him I would get in contact with them. He charged me a very reasonable service charge. Not only did he get my dryer going but replaced the arced switches in my fuse box. He installed new GFS in my kitchen (recommended by the inspection).
