She is a stubborn woman with ticklish feet who is terrified and in pain with a decade of crazy runaway fungus on her toenails. We entered his office with a situation I thought was IMPOSSIBLE, and he did not turn us away. He did not say we had to remove all her nails. He came up with a care plan & gave us hope. Got crazy toenails? Given up hope? Go see this man.

After they took my insurance info, I was taken to a room where someone took all my info about why I was there. After about a 5 minute wait, the Dr came in. He asked a few questions and some history and then told me my problem - plantar fasciitis. He talked to me about how I possibly got it and how to make it hurt less as well as preventative care. I really felt cared for with the amount of time he spent with me as well as the information provided. I was glad I finally did something instead of waiting for it to magically get better. So for foot issues, this is your guy! Don't wait a long time before going, thats time you could have been feeling better. COVID note - Masks are required. You need to call from the car when you arrive and they will call you back when they have a room for you. Everything is nice and clean and there is nobody sitting around in the waiting area.

The quality of care and expertise is top notch here. I've been coming here for almost 1 year…read moreconsistently. First for my hamstring and calve injury I saw significant improvements and within a few months I felt 99 percent back to normal. Their stem therapy, massage and adjustments have helped my recovery. And it helps that they treat you like a family and are down to earth. I continue to go here to treat my chronic neck issues working in front of desk a lot. Each time I come I leave feeling better than when I walk in. From doctors to the entire staff they dedicated to support the well being of patients. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about our experience…read more The initial phone call was professional and accommodating, which gave us a good first impression. Unfortunately, the visit itself was completely different. Despite telling the office multiple times that our insurance information had already been submitted electronically and that we no longer have a physical insurance card, we were asked for it over and over again. While we were there, the chiropractor was loudly arguing with someone on the phone, and we heard the other person accuse him of doing something illegal. We also observed staff being asked to run personal errands to his house during business hours. When he finally came into the exam room, the first thing he said was, "I know you, you're from the hood," which was both strange and unprofessional since we're not even from the area. The office had an unpleasant odor, and the amount of cologne he was wearing was overwhelming. Throughout the visit, he repeatedly stared our daughter up and down. She is autistic and naturally avoids eye contact, and the interaction made us very uncomfortable. We decided to leave before any treatment began. Instead of respecting our decision, he followed us out to our vehicle and continued trying to convince us to come back inside. While we were in the office, we also observed that patients were offered a discount or free item in exchange for leaving a positive Google review. That gave us additional reason to question whether the online ratings accurately reflect patients' experiences. If this review is dismissed as fake or claims are made that we were never there, that is simply not true. We were absolutely there, and this review reflects our firsthand experience. Looking back, I wish we had recorded our visit because it would have eliminated any question about what happened. Our experience raised multiple red flags, and we did not feel comfortable or safe continuing care. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend this practice and would encourage others to consider a different provider.

He started scaring me with all the bad stuff that could happen, and telling me if r MRI results are bad I may need surgery. I said I won't do surgery. . . I said I have a chiropractor and massage therapist. He said don't see your chiropractor till after the MRI. She might mess it up. the next day my massage therapist worked on the cuboid bone in my foot. That was the cause of the foot problem. I had tight muscles in my thigh which made the leg seem weaker. It was a very odd visit with DR. Pastore. I had the feeling he was trying to push me into medical solutions for things that could be easily remedied by my long time chiropractor and massage therapist. Doctors almost always consider complimentary therapy bad.and useless. . I am left with feeling uneasy about visiting Dr. Pastore in the future.

I mainly went to him as my right foot had gone numb. It was quite debilitating, and I could not drive. After a thorough examination he explained to me it was not my foot and believed the problem to be my back. He immediately ordered physical therapy for me, a lumbar MRI, told me to find a back doctor and I started my journey of healing which does concern my back. I will be forever grateful that he did not order unnecessary tests. Physical Therapy and Acupuncture is actually what is healing the numbness in my foot. Thank you Dr. Pastore for your honesty and integrity. If I ever do have a do have a foot problem - you're the doctor!

It's concerning me that I need insulin for my diabetes. I talk to God to through dreams and He…read moretold me I needed insulin a long time ago. He also told me through dreams that there is organ theft going on. I am being fed a bigger lie than ever that I need insulin for not. One doctor agreed I need insulin but the other disagrees. They started lying it's carpel tunnel when I started to do the fasting app it was evident that my hands hurt more or less when sugar was high or low. Now again I already confronted them I have no carpel tunnel as my genes show no association and my dream from God agreed there is no association. Again the different doctor again tells me that I need to deal with yet a different problem. Now it's cervical reduculopty from the neck or it's carpel tunnel but not what my chart says that it's concerning for diabetes. My sugar is so high and DMG doctor's already agreed that I need insulin. That it's too high and it is concerning for diabetes. But again when and again as I mention that DMG doctor's said I need insulin they repeat it's carpel tunnel again or some nerve again. Again I can't get I skin. My arms the entire arm is in huge pain from the nerves. My grandmother got type 2 diabetes and lost sensations in her nerves because stupid doctors just like me gave her no insulin. These guys play double I need it but not. So something is causing them to play double.

Duly knows this and in fact charges me the in network fee at the time of the appointment which I promptly pay. Recently, Blue Cross has started saying that my doctors are out of network. They say that it is because Duly has provided incorrect information and needs to correct it. Duly's response to me is that they have done nothing wrong. File a complaint with the insurance company. I have probably spent 10 hours of my waning life on this. It almost seems like somebody made a big bonus slashing the back office expenses for the next hedge fund sale. I guess that trying hard to return Ill gotten insurance proceeds would also have a deleterious impact on net operating income for that next hedge fund sale. I am writing this for 3 reasons: 1. I would actually like some help with this from the company for a change. 2. If there is something systematic in this, there may be many other old codgers who have been paying too much (as I did before I noticed what was going on) because they thought Duly was the same old Dupage Medical Group who they had come to trust. 3. Next hedge fund: Look very closely at how much you'll have to spend to rebuild the decimated back office or refund improper billings. Further, if anyone else is experiencing this in network/out of network phenomenon with Duly, one of the Duly miscues that Blue Cross mentioned to me is that they had a mismatching Federal Tax ID for my doctor. The ID on the billing did not match the Federal Tax ID which Duly had given to Blue Cross. If they don't match, I'm told that Blue Cross considers it out of network. This "might" be an honest mistake with a merger. Saying it is the patient's problem is unconscionable.
