When I first walked into his building, I felt a calm come over me - simply because of Dr. Gus's energy and demeanor. Dr. Gus obviously loves what he does, and his focus is on healing others. His adjustments to my body were spot on - he knew exactly where everything hurt. And, given that I suffer from severe fibromyalgia, he was both gentle AND strong. Using a combination of TENS and warm heat, Dr. Gus was able to get me relaxed (which is very difficult for me). He then stretched me out thoroughly on my tightest muscles. After the prep, Dr. Gus went to work on my spine and other joints using his drop table - a method that is MUCH gentler on the body, but no less effective than the "strong arm it in" approach that a lot of other chiropractors use. In fact, he released almost ALL of my subluxations and joints that I didn't even realize were frozen. His gentle demeanor and compassion were evident throughout the entire process. Dr. Gus regularly inquired about how I was feeling, asked if anything was too much, and I could literally feel how much he cared about me. On the day of evaluation staff greeted us upon arrival, gave us forms to fill out and let us know what to expect during the appointment. The staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly answered questions we had. I learned so much on the initial visit. I was not aware infant and children could also be treated by the chiropractor and the benefits it provided for overall health. Dr.Ginsberg was great with our little one. Our little one was all smiles with doctor. During the evaluation doctor did an amazing job addressing the issue and explaining treatment. He definitely made us feel better about coming to get a second opinion and eased our nerves. I can't wait to see the progress my little one makes through out the treatment. We were so impressed with the visit that we also made appointments to get evaluated ourselves. I'm glad we decided to come see Dr. Ginsberg because he is compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. After assessing and asking other questions we determined maybe gas/indigestion or a strained muscle. This morning he woke up with same pain and he was uncomfortable not knowing what it was or could be, we set up appt on scheduling app for first thing this morning with Dr Dan. Dr Dan assessed him, asked him questions and did adjustment spent some time in area of discomfort. Dr Dan explained in terms my son understood and advised us what to look for in case was something else! Well my son walked out with the confidence to go to school knowing Dr Dan adjusted him and eased his mind! Earlier this evening my son said out of blue I think Dr Dan fixed the issue because I'm not feeling the pain no more! So about 8pm I followed up with my son to see how he felt and he said "Dr Dan got it" then we chanted DR DAN IS THE MAN a couple times. He's good with adults and kids, talks to him and not just me. I'm glad when my son doesn't feel well Dr Dan is who he asks to see!!! My son has seen Dr Dan since he was 3 days old! Best parenting decision by far!!!

I'm a new patient of Dr.Huyvaert and have been seeing him for only 2 1/2 months, but I can already…read morerecognize an improvement in flexibility and overall well being. Feeling "refreshed" if you will. I have severe scoliosis in which no one would even notice this...but my x-rays are a different story! My spine literally looks like the letter "S". However I can stand up "straight". I'm physically active, but recognize my limitations and realistic expectations of certain tasks because of my scoliosis since it can never be corrected into a straight spine. Thankfully Dr. H. understands working with scoliosis patients and had zero problem or issue in implementing an adjustment plan for my condition that would be most effective. I can honestly say I feel the difference in even this short period of time seeing him. He's considerate, listens and answers my questions (very important to me..), well experienced in his field, and his adjustments are "mapped out" accordingly for my situation, and he's able to adjust those particularly nasty extreme curvature spots where chiropractors in my past couldn't. And the neck adjustments are satisfying too. One final note: I don't want to forget Linah at the front desk. Very kind and professional and always greets me with a smile and some nice chat before seeing the doctor and makes you feel welcomed. You just can't go wrong coming here. I'm very pleased thus far.

Unfortunately, the visit itself was completely different. Despite telling the office multiple times that our insurance information had already been submitted electronically and that we no longer have a physical insurance card, we were asked for it over and over again. While we were there, the chiropractor was loudly arguing with someone on the phone, and we heard the other person accuse him of doing something illegal. We also observed staff being asked to run personal errands to his house during business hours. When he finally came into the exam room, the first thing he said was, "I know you, you're from the hood," which was both strange and unprofessional since we're not even from the area. The office had an unpleasant odor, and the amount of cologne he was wearing was overwhelming. Throughout the visit, he repeatedly stared our daughter up and down. She is autistic and naturally avoids eye contact, and the interaction made us very uncomfortable. We decided to leave before any treatment began. Instead of respecting our decision, he followed us out to our vehicle and continued trying to convince us to come back inside. While we were in the office, we also observed that patients were offered a discount or free item in exchange for leaving a positive Google review. That gave us additional reason to question whether the online ratings accurately reflect patients' experiences. If this review is dismissed as fake or claims are made that we were never there, that is simply not true. We were absolutely there, and this review reflects our firsthand experience. Looking back, I wish we had recorded our visit because it would have eliminated any question about what happened. Our experience raised multiple red flags, and we did not feel comfortable or safe continuing care. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend this practice and would encourage others to consider a different provider.
