It's unbelievable how some are able to earn and retain their licenses. Without going into detail on the others, I'll state a few facts about Don Maddox, his business, and crews. I had a large residential window installation job completed by Don's folks four years ago. The experience, from contract to installation was fantastic! The ladies in the office, his crews, and of course, Don could not have been more polite, thorough, and professional throughout the job. There were no questions unanswered, no phone calls without a response, no mess left behind on the job, and no missed appointments. Since my installation, I've recommended Don's company to six (6) owners who have contracted with him for major home window replacements, frameless shower installs, and more. As I always check with anyone who has had a job completed by someone I've recommended, I did that with all six. Every one of them LOVEs the result, beginning to end. I've also recommended his company to at least four others with whom I've spoken and learned they have/had a need for a very good contractor who is very honest and will do what they state, are competitively priced, very prompt and efficient. Florida Glass & Mirror is that company. They will continue to get my business, and that of family and friends.

We almost had to return it, because no one else would do it for me. I finally got a hold of Manny, who was super quick to respond and get out there the same week to measure and install the same day. Came out amazing...we were so happy with it. Then....a few weeks later, on another bathroom project, our prior vendor we had contracted to replace the 3 vanity Mirrors ( Glass and Mirror Crafters on Little Road - dont recommend them ) ghosted us on this project we waited for for 3 months, we called Manny again to see if he can do this for us. And within 1.5 weeks, our custom mirrors were cut to perfection and installed today with precision .. so i didnt notice the wall being sloped on the sides. Manny, thank you for your work ethic, honesty, fair pricing, and most of all answering all my texts and communicating with me when others tend to just ignore these days. I originally contacted A&B via Yelp and they got back to me the next day. We were able to schedule someone to come out 2 days after in order to discuss our projects, measure and receive a quote. I had contacted 3 other glass companies for quotes (2 recommended by our contractor) and A&B were the most reasonably priced. They weren't pushy at all and were quick to respond to all my little questions even before we decided to go with them. I called Crystal Glass on a whim that they would be open since a few other places were closed on Saturdays. Their posting said they were open 24 hrs., which seemed too good to be true. I have a TV console cabinet door that needed a glass replacement. Since I work during the week, it is hard for me to get things fixed. So, I see their listing, and a lovely woman answers the phone. She tells me that she is actually not open but will accommodate me and meet me at their store shortly. I get there, expecting to leave the cabinet door, but the gentleman who was with her told me to wait, and he would fix it right away. I had a really good feeling about these two. The space was immaculate and a beautiful show room in progress. I was told that they just moved to this space and settig it up. To me, it showed that it was very well designed, and if their office space, looks this good, they most likely do quality work. I learned that they also do commercial installations. I felt that this was a great find, and I highly recommend anyone with glass or mirror needs to call them and go see them. You will be very impressed.

It was amazing, every part and supply my husband asked for, Brian took him to within seconds. Don't recall that ever happening so fast before and we shop a lot at Lowe's. Brian was stocking when we interrupted him so you would expect that he would know where parts were stocked but he also had the knowledge of a plumber. He provided exactly what we wanted. Very efficient and friendly. In case there may be more than one Brian, he was a big black man with a one-of-a-kind hair do. As we told him at the time, we thought Lowe's didn't have the parts, we just needed him to show us where they were! Also, Sue was very friendly when we checked out.
