I contracted with Bray Marine Services for the survey of an Island Packet sailboat. Tabitha is…read moreknowledgeable about the brand and meticulous in her preparation and survey of the vessel. Every system was tested and documented in a comprehensive report and separate engine oil analysis. Her recommendations regarding the vessel condition, estimated value, and required service gave me confidence that vessel is sound, seaworthy, and in serviceable condition. This made the investment in the survey very worthwhile. I highly recommend Bray Marine Service for your marine survey needs. Tabitha is a treasure trove of information as well as a competent and thorough surveyor. Nothing superficial about what she does!

Tabitha Bray was highly recommended to me by All Florida Yacht Sales, Ruskin, FL. and the Tampa Sailing Squadron (TSS), Apollo Beach, FL. Tabitha was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, paying attention to detail and providing expert recommendations for improvement of the vessel. The final report was professional and detailed. The following highlights of the Survey are: 1). Excellent realistic presentation of the vessel including appropriate imagery and descriptive text in the report. 2). Accurate description of vessel attributes (electromechanical, house accommodations, safety features, navigational and sail condition). 3). Well written, well organized, concise report with relevant and sufficient detail; very informative. My opinion of the overall service of Bray Marine Services: 1). Extremely professional, knowledgeable, precisely measured analyses, practical and fair evaluation of this old but quality vessel; This is a five-star review. Captain Daniel E. Lands End Marina - Wet Slips at Lands End

It would have been criminal not to put this marina at 5 stars. I bought a sailboat in this marina…read morewith a working engine, 2 weeks after I bought it the engine stopped working (classic). The mechanic I used took forever to fix it but the marina was so nice about everything. They transferred the slip, they checked in on me to see how I was doing, and I when I finally got the engine fixed (almost two moths later) they prorated my stay so I didn't have to pay another full month since I just a week into the next billing. Anytime I had a question they were there, whenever I needed services they were there, it was service with a smile since the day I bought the boat. The only reason I was there so long was because of the mechanic I used for the engine. It was not their mechanic. It's a special engine so it needed a special mechanic. I want to be clear that the work was not being done by the marina. Services are pretty good, they have free electric and water. They'll get you ice, they have pump out and water fill up and they have a full staff working on your boat for almost any type of issue or service. If they don't do it they'll point you in the right direction. I'm glad to leave but sorry this isn't my forever marina, at this point I have been paying for two slips for a couple of months. Heads up, I understand getting out into the bay is trickery if you have a deep draft sailboat.

They also offer boat repairs, dry storage, and have a restaurant and bar on site. Facilities include bathrooms with showers, laundry room, and captains lounge. But afer new live aboard laws went into effect requiring pump out stations at each dock slip, this marina no longer offers live aboard wet slips. They do have water and electricity at each dock slip, and offer wi-fi. Overall nice, well kept, clean marina, with several amenities.

BEWARE. Avoid this company. Theft…read more In March 2026 we hired Poseidon Marine (also operating as Poseidon Marine and Poseidon Plus) to service our two 2025 Sea-Doo Explorer Pro 230 jet skis. Finally on April 10, 2026, a mechanic came to our home to make the repairs: replacing the wear rings on both jet pumps. Typical maintenance. The mechanic sent to our home did not have the basic tools (like a vice or wrench) or to make the repair. Instead he said it could only be repaired back "at the shop." He took possession of both jet pump assemblies and some other related parts to go back to a workspace where they could be repaired. Later that day, April 10, we were informed by Poseidon that the repaired parts would be returned to us on June 9, 2026. YES, you read that correctly -- 60 days to finish the job. Since April 11, 2026, we have made more than three dozen phone calls, requesting the return of our property or an address where we could pick up our parts. Our calls have gone unanswered and our requests have been ignored. We speak with a receptionist who assures us we will get a return call but we have never received a return response. The parts they took include two jet pump assemblies and related components with a replacement value exceeding $1,800 each. Yep, you read that correctly, Poseidon has in essence "stolen" our parts totally almost $4,000. That's how they treat a paying customer. Not only are we missing two jet pump assembly we were charged and paid in full for repairs. During this same period, our credit card was charged multiple times under various merchant names associated with the business, including BoatRx Poseidon Marine, Poseidon Marine, and Poseidon Plus. This is what we've paid Poseidon to date: * March 24, 2026 - $19.97 * April 13, 2026 - $714.32 * April 13, 2026 - $495.47 * April 23, 2026 - $19.97 * May 26, 2026 - $19.97 These charges were paid in full for services not rendered on parts that were "stolen" from us. After weeks of unsuccessful attempts to communicate and recover our property, we were left with no choice but to send a formal certified CIVIL THEFT demand letter, dispute the charges with our credit card company, and pursue additional legal remedies. Every business can make mistakes. What matters is how they respond. In our experience, the most troubling issue was not the repair work itself--it was the complete lack of communication, failure to return calls, failure to provide updates, and failure to return property after repeated requests. Not only did we call the main phone number we attempted to reach the owners, Jeremy Davis and William Hunter Harris, by email and mail. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend you reconsider. Things happen but if you cannot count on basic customer service when issues arise you're putting yourself at great risk. Their communicated repair and return date of June 9, 2026 has now come and gone with no communication, no return calls, and failure to return our property. We took our skis to KM Cycle of Ft Walton and paid to have new pumps installed. Total repair bill, $5,000. Our hope is the law firm we've hired will have more success getting a response and potential customers understand the risks involved. This review reflects our personal experience as customers and is based on documented communications, invoices, charges, and requests for the return of our property.
