After telling me 3 different times that he would show up at a particular time and day, he never did. I even placed painters tape at areas on the vessel that needed the repair so I didn't have to be present to show him. He still never showed up. Always waiting till the time he was to be here before sending an email that he wasn't going to make it. Don't know why if he is so busy, that he told me he would work on it and place me on the schedule. Today is 11/30/22 and he wasted almost a month and a half of time that I could have found someone that would actually do the work and has good business principles. He pretty much did the same thing to me that he did to another reviewer (Mark N.) from St. Pete. He has a pattern of bad business practices.

Two days after the cleaning, all stainless steel bolts, screws, nuts, washer, hinges, ect were rusted and some caused staining to the surrounding areas. He used an overly aggressive chemical, which caused the issue. I made him aware of the issues and sent photos. He came back out to attempt to make the situation right, but was unable to do so. I again highlighted the serious problem and he stated he would come back out again ONLY HE NEVER DID. He no call and no showed on me 13 times stating one of the following reasons: I forgot, I am sick, no energy today, it is raining, I got caught up at another job, it is cold outside, I do not have enough money right now, I just got out of the hospital, and my truck broke down. I could see the writing on the wall, so I researched all the items and sent him an itemized list with links to all the products. I asked him to just pay for the items since he would never come back to right his wrong. I even went as far as offering to reinstall everything myself as long as he paid for the replacements. What do you know....he said he couldn't because he didn't have any money. All of this took place over the course of 8 months and my boat is still messed up. I try to be very flexible with contractors because things actually do come up, but my kindness toward Ermin didn't make a difference. BUYER BEWARE with this guy because he can cause damages to your property and will not fix it. I am writing this review to make sure others do not get caught in his web because I am now forced to take him to small claims court.

Ron did a 100 hour engine tune-up, replaced the prop shaft and provided a loaner prop while my prop was being refurbished. He provided the loaner so I could use the boat to entertain visiting guests. Once the prop was refurbished, he came to my location and installed. He did all his work with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and in a timely manner. I wish he did landscaping, painting, HVAC, appliance repair, etc, etc. !!
