Clinic policy that is not.covered in 1 st appointment regarding prescribing controlled pain medicine. We have scheduled procedure for cause of pain and reviewed MRI and previous visits with orthopedic surgeons. When asked for schedule 4 narcotic for pain control, I was told I needed to take drug test. I agreed, he set an appointment to see me again 6 days before my procedure. I called to check if a prescription could be called in since rx test was negative. PA returned second call and offered only to go to the ER for pain medicine. "Pain medicine would be discussed on second visit." Needless to say I will not be having them do my spinal ablation. Not sure what kind of medicine is practiced here. Worse office ever! I got referred to this office and have gotten the run around, misinformed, unresponsive & make many mistakes at the patients cost! I have a pain pump & they have scheduled me 3 times with the incorrect provider! Although I've told them numerous times I have a pump, they've still put me with doctors who don't service the pumps! The refuse to give any meds during the first appointment until your drug screens come back. The office never does what they're supposed to do. U feel like no one cares because they are so cold and uncaring! They don't tell you there's an issue getting an authorization until the day before your scheduled appointment at the very end of the day so it doesn't even give the patient a chance to work on the issue themselves. Either they call late like I previously mentioned or don't ever call to inform you and you find out in person when you show up for the appointment. They've dropped the ball so many times & don't seem to care to justify the mistake. I have gone through all this for over 2 months and I haven't even been successful in being able to see the doctor yet! I've had to drive far to my old doctor where I used to live and it's so inconvenient as it's a 4 hour road trip but I have no choice as I can't be out of meds in my pump as it could cause many issues, including the pump breaking. Today was the last straw! I had a copy of the referral from my PCM but they tried saying that they were never able get obtain my authorization for office visit so I couldn't be seen. Horrible treatment, lack of care, incompetent office employee, etc. the list could go on and on! I refuse to deal with this headache any further! They bill my insurance over &2,000 each month when they fill my pump every month. I know doctors charge a lot for pump refills but u would think they would value and be more courteous to the patient but they don't care. I used to go there Dr Dana was nice but the other Dr's there I didn't like all they wanted to do injection's and after a few they didn't work they wanted to cut my meds if I didn't get more injections I had to get out of there I was fighting stage kidney cancer now from all the injections and chemo, my bones are weak steroid injections, long-term are not good for your bones read more

They kept increasing morphine in my Morphine Pump while I kept telling them it had no effect on my pain. Didn't bother to find out where my pain was coming from. Don't go to them!!! They had me on the highest dose and couldn't do anything else. They're always in a rush and don't take their time to listen to you. If you're looking for a pain management doctor, don't go here. Go somewhere else. They just want your money. Had surgeries and never saw the surgeon afterwards. They're uncaring. Going to a more caring pain management doctor who has already helped me after only two months than this place I went to for over three years. I wouldn't give them a single star to rate them. I have been a patient here for about 1 year without any issues until recently when called from a staff member stating that I had to do the treatment first in order for my insurance to cover an MRI. Mind you, she starting the conversation as if we had been talking about this for a long time. I had no clue what treatment she was referring to and when I said this, she stated for the Physical Therapy. I told her I was never ordered to Physical Therapy and she stated that the doctor has in there that I would have to do 6 weeks of Physical Therapy. Well, that could have been said from the beginning. When asked further questions and stated that I was not understanding, she informed me that she would have someone give me a call. Well, here it goes. This chic calls me and rudely tells me there is a diagnosis, it's right here and then begins to read off the numbers. I had to slow this girl down in her tracks. First and foremost how do you speak to a patient so rudely, and second verify the information you are calling about first. I have daily requested for the Office manager to call me back and it is now Friday and still nothing. Horrible attitudes for no reason. Such miscommunication and all you try and do is clarify and no call, not even from the Office manager even after the staff has stated that they have sent her direct messages to return my call. I have also left a message for my Nurse Practioner to call me and nothing. So much for being a valued patient. Customer service has really went downhill now a days and what a shame. This review is not for the doctor. The doctor is great, Dr. Creamer. The staff and management at Central Florida Pain relief is totally unorganized. I am literally sitting here in the office writing this review waiting for over 2 hours. The patient next door has been waiting for 3 hours. BTW I know everything about that patient because they didn't close the door...HIPPA violation? The excuse is Covid19 and Ron DeSantis according to the staff, except I have been coming here for a WC case since 2015 and it always been like this, so it's not Covid19, it's the management, staff and scheduling. In the past 2 years I have seen a total turn over of staff like 6 or 7 times. So obviously they can't retain employees...again management issue. read more

I have been with this practice as a patient for 3 years until a new office manager was brought on board. This new office manager has the power to deny patient care preventing patients from obtaining their monthly pain medication. She provides no warning of any kind and is very threatening if any questions asked. As a former medical practitioner, there is a law against office personnel practicing medicine without a medical license and determine who can or cannot receive health care from a patients physician. So caution from a professional who knows the field, find another pain physician. There are good physicians with much better staff members out there. read more

Dr Michael Creamer is the worst doctor you can choose. First appointment you have to do a drug test that is so involved it costs several thousand's of dollars. I asked to use my Insurance carrier, but he refused. So this was out-of-pocket since not in my network. He makes you do blood tests EVERY visit. All the other drug blood tests he used my Insurance carrier PPO company that does blood tests. He is very again the usage of Medical Mariana to the point that he will not see you if you are using this substance. He has no idea some people can benefit by using both. You are really like a number at this office. You have to see the doctor every 3 months just to get your scripts renewed. He really does not have good bedside manner. He likes to pray with you. Is he a doctor, or a preacher? You best to go to a better place than this clinic. read more

I am on a pain medicine for arthritis which I have had for years. I've been to this clinic twice and they have done a full blood panel on me and so they can see I don't use anything illegal and I don't drink or smoke...yet they are making me come in for a refill for Tramadol which isn't a heavy duty pain medicine at all. I have diabetes and I'm older which puts me at a greater risk for the Corona Virus...yet they won't refill my prescription unless I come in. They won't even do a video appointment which most doctors are doing for regular appointments. I think they are being super irresponsible making me come in for a refill. They should be shut down for not following the CDC regulations. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I recently moved here and started going to this office about 6 months ago. I see Daniel monthly thru teleavisit because of covid but I really love being able to do this! If it wasn't for Daniel I wouldn't continue coming here. I'm currently looking for another pain management doctor. Every month I have to basically beg the office to have Dr. Fernando call my pain medicine in to the pharmacy! She has been extremely rude to me and I don't even know her! This month once again she didn't call my medicine in and I called at 5:30 to see when it was going to be called in. Mind you my appointment was at 9:30 AM!! Someone called me back at 6 and told me she was still seeing patients which I think is BS because they close at 4:30 but anyway she would call it in when she has the time. So at 10 PM it was STILL not called in so I called again and another doctor called it in for me. Which did me no good because my pharmacy closed at 9. I have new insurance so I need a prior authorization and called the office to see if they could get it done that day because I was already out of pain medicine and I was told it takes them 3-5 days!!! WHAT?? You have patients on pain medicines so they are goi go to go they withdrawals and be in pain because you can get it done that day! No way!! My last doctors office would stop what they were doing and call the insurance so you could get your prescriptions and that's the way it should be!! Oh I also asked if I could talk to Daniel so I could see if he could help speed the process up and was told I couldn't talk to him without an appointment!!! Office staff very unprofessional. Probably thinking I'm a drug seeker they kept putting me back In the loop, after for holding and being transferred for 25 minutes I ask the girl not to put me in the loop, I was confirming a call for a EMG that they stated they could not find (made the appt in the office). Doctor Subniak is awesome but I may not go back since the staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. I never got to speak to anyone, by this time it was 5pm and they were closed. I am a NP and refer patients to this office but I think I might reconsider and send my patients elsewhere, shame. read more

Central FL Pain Relief Center, Downtown Orlando, FL has been my life saver! Dr. Creamer, Lamisha Rayside, ARNP-BC, and Donald (last name? - new to practice), Sandy (last name?) RN, and one other nurse have been absolutely AMAZING! Between the five of them, they have helped me reclaim my life over the last 3 years! Following a car accident several years ago, an uncountable number of doctors, ARNPs, and physical rehab centers in a variety of fields were unable to help me, let alone diagnose me!! After an unusual chance introduction to Dr. Creamer, my life changed FOREVER! He was able to diagnose me [nearly] immediately, design a plan that was fitting for my life and body, and implement it immediately! Though there was a small amount of time with trial and error - as with every other pain relief plan - I received a intrathecal pain pump that as allowed me to as normal of a life as I possibly can. I am mobile and my pain is for the most part managed! Although I'll never work again or participate in any strenuous activity, I can function and that's all that matters! I would not be able to write this without the help of Dr. Creamer and his team! They are the most professional, knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, understanding and patient medical staff that I've ever come in contact and "worked" with in my ENTIRE LIFE!
