Each time I go in and ask for a big bag of rabbit food, by the time I can sign my receipt someone has already got it off the shelf and is on the way to load it in my car, smiling the whole time. This past time they went above and beyond by ringing me up even though I showed up 10 minutes after closing. Would never expect that from any shop, but it sure is nice when it happens. Will continue to come out to Archdale for all of my outdoor and feed needs!

Later I was informed their "special needs" child was out of school and wanted to spend the day with his dad. Aside from that, they knocked a chunk of wood out of my deck, scratched the brand new locks I had purchased, busted the trim around the front door and left it without trim, told me and my mom to slam the door to get it to latch, and filled the striker plate holes full of caulk. I called them and twice I was told they would call me back and come out and they were a no show and no call. Now I have to hire someone to fix the doors so I don't have to fight to get them opened and closed and replace the trim they destroyed.

We took the tank to have filled up at Flying J truck stop in Haw River, NC and were told they could not fill it up because the tank was 11 ywars out of date and usbeing sold the tank was 100% illegal. We paid over $20 for that tank and its useless! The tech and Flying J said the tank looks like it was painted over and a Liberty Oil Sticker was slapped on it. We looked all over and theirs were the best plus they were made here in NC! Conklin also ran a line to our deck and hooked up our outdoor grill. Bye bye tank exchange.
