No people skills for the job. the website with our account have invoices posted there that is the same as their records and then expect us to pay more money, even though our invoice reflects no money owed. Invoices on customer account should have the SAME information as theirs. We have been customers since 2016 and have had too many problems with accounting. I've never dealt with an accounting department manager with this low level of abilities to do her job. Delivery guys are very respectful helpful and timely but unfortunately, Amanda in the accounting department gave us such a negative experience.

Called back again and was told that I was in the pile of over 60 requests to get a call back for scheduling a service call (this after being given dates twice for someone to come out). I spoke with Amanda each time. Not a pleasant person and not at all helpful. The company should be honest with their customers and let them know service isn't their priority.

We took the tank to have filled up at Flying J truck stop in Haw River, NC and were told they could not fill it up because the tank was 11 ywars out of date and usbeing sold the tank was 100% illegal. Friendly and knowledgeable "Front Office" and "Back Office" personnel. 2.) A good selection of propane and oil fireplaces. 3.). A plan to assist new customers getting service. 4.). It looks like a genuine family owned & operated company, who have kept margins low and focused on their customers.
