When we called to express our frustration and disappointment, the owner made excuses, got agitated, and then hung up on us. We requested a refund of our deposit due to extremely poor customer service, lack of communication and answering phone calls/emails, and no one showing up on the appointment date without notice. The owner has refused to refund our money and has been ignoring our emails. Do not hire this company!!! They are not trustworthy and have nonexistent customer service!

We needed to have someone look at the flashing where our chimney meets the roof; over the years it…read morehas become uneven. A young guy named Seth Johnson came out earlier this month to check it out. He made sure that there was no hole or structural problem with the flashing. We also had a concern about a flying squirrel entry site. Seth inspected the whole roof, took a number of pictures, sealed up some small spots in the wood where the squirrels may have chewed through, and put in a few screws where the metal shingles may have curled up. He worked quickly, showed me the pictures, and explained what he did. He was hard working, thorough, and friendly. Thanks Seth There was a service call charge which I assume is appropriate.
