We had rented from them several times and were heading into a busy year. He asked how many more times we figured we were going to rent from him, and recommended we buy a used scooter. This has probably saved us several 100 so far. We bought a hitch rack to take it around on, they put it on for us. I was looking for a rollator, but every one I saw was too narrow (I'm a big guy). Went in to look at cards and check out what they had. Found a few cards we were interested in and…read morenoticed they were EXTREMELY overpriced. We took a min to look up comps on our phone and approached the owner asking if we were able to buy the cards but negotiate before hand. He said that was fine doing so and we showed him comps and asked if he would sell around or near those comps and he flat out refused and started to get upset with us and even took the cards and slid them across the table and said it's off the table a min after talking over prices. Was extremely unprofessional and condescending his attitude towards especially my wife. recommend going there unless you're looking to pay well worth over comps and have the owner get upset with you in the process.
