After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Occasionally they have to send a different person to clean, but I've always been notified if that's the case. They're also great with my dog who is home during the cleanings. When you sign up with them, Bea will come to your house and assign it a price/time slot, and that is the price you pay no matter how long it takes to actually do the job. Overall we're very happy!
