I was a bit surprised to find many of the stores in this mall. It's rare to see Abercrombie & Fitch in smaller cities, but obviously they felt there were enough people from both Arkansas and Oklahoma (+ tourists) who would shop their to make it worth their while. The outdoors-oriented store was a pleasure to see in a mall, given that Bass Pro Shops, etc. would have you driving quite a ways to look for that type of merchandise. I think that they had a bit of everything for everyone. I didn't care for the food court, but find one anywhere in the country that pleases me. California doesn't even have good food courts. The only person with which I had any contact was the security guard as I was entering, and she nodded and I nodded. That was it. I noticed an upstairs and was surprised to see a law office, a tax office and photographer (same office!), and more. Is it cheaper than a strip mall or standalone building? Malls usually are expensive for rental fees. I didn't go get my check-in free tumbler gift from the Mall Office. Durn. read more

This is a pretty good sized mall and they have a store for everybody... Abercrombie and Fitch, Aeropostale, PacSun DEB, Charlotte Russe, Maurices, Rue 2, Vanity, AE Hot Topic, Spencers Dillards, Sears, JC Penny's Childrens Place, Lazy Foot Locker, Journeys, Radio Shack, Revelation A new addition to the mall is Jealousy? They are a really cool store. Went in their yesterday and I was impressed. VERY decent prices for what they are selling. Purses, dresses, shirts, pretty pants, and miscellaneous stuff. The famous Beauty's Boutique moved down the street in the Green Point area I do believe. Their busiest days are Friday and Saturday (obviously). They have numerous kiosks along the walking path; sometimes the sales people get annoying though. haha If you are wanting to get out of the house just to do something my choices usually include the park or here, hoping to see someone I know. read more

Many stores here are closing. We were there yesterday and noticed since Christmas 2017, that Dairy Queen is out as is Sears, with Icing and Claire's following suit, with their current going out of business sales. The food court is okay, though not great. There aren't many choices. If you're a walker, I imagine this would be a decent place to go when weather prohibits you from walking outdoors. Not really impressive. It's just a place to go to spend an hour or two walking around and looking/shopping. We usually go out of town when we want a real mall experience. read more

Decent mall for the most part. Doesn't have too much of a variety of stores. For a mall that's the biggest in Arkansas, half the stores are closed, it's such a beautiful mall. read more

This mall COULD BE a decent place to shop, has great potential; however, the property management company obviously cannot maintain tenants or recruit new tenants...better yet, City of Fort Smith. Every month another retailer is closing. Eventually, Central Mall will become another empty building in the city of Fort Smith forcing FS citizens to shop online or travel to Fayetteville, Conway or Oklahoma. Fort Smith demographics should be able to support a mall; however, retailers should be given incentives as other cities offer. Come on Fort Smith, this is 2019. Common sense, to me, would say Fort Smith would benefit from the taxes verses giving those dollars elsewhere. read more

What a sad place! The mall has completely gone downhill. It looks like the whole mall is going out of business. There are so many stores closing, the outside is so unattractive & outdated. Its just embarrassing and I am ashamed to take any visitors there. read more

This mall is ok. My husband and I are here for my work and we just came from Tulsa. The mall here is significantly smaller (which I understand) so we weren't very impressed. Mall was clean though and has a decent food court. Just not what we're used to. read more

Spacious mall with lots of different stores to choose from, very clean kept as well. One thing I would have to mention is, the food court seemed to be kind of smoky from one of the restaurants not turning their fan vents on when cooking. read more

I come here once a month to go to Bath and Body Works to load up on candles and plug in oil. My youngest daughter loves Hot Topic. My oldest daughter goes to the mall multiple times a week and is a shopaholic. This mall has something for everybody. read more

Typical mall stores. There's nothing exiting about this mall, just a bunch of clothes stores. It's alright when there's nothing to do and you just feel like walki....nevermind, it gets boring REALLY FAST. Same old stuff. I've been to toms of malls all around the country and it's one of the worst ones I've been to. I only gave it a 2 star because it's a mall. Weekends are full of loud, obnoxious teenagers and weekdays it's old people power walking in circles. This mall is tiny! if penney, sears and dilliards ate probably 3/4 of the mall and the rest is jewlry stores and clothes. read more
