I must've done something wrong because it didn't save. I had to give them the order over the phone. I waited a week after I was told they were cutting it. Never heard back so I decided to call. I was told it's ready and didn't I receive an email or text? No, I didn't. I picked it up a few hours later. They had it all boxed up and ready to go. The vacuum packs were 40 cents more a pack versus paper. I went with that. The vacuum packs look pretty sturdy and should last longer. It looked like they had some meat patties for sale to the public and Wagyu beef sticks.
