Stay away from this place to avoid yourself from spending extra money. Dr. Kyle is not professional at all, he never does his treatments based on the evaluation. However, he does will charge his or her patients a full amount and at the end never does what he promises at the beginning of the consultation. Evidently, Dr. Kyle enjoy to overcharge patients who are from non-white ethnicity. Additionally, all his staff members working at the Monticello location including himself are always gossiping about people of color being extra work and never happy to provide services for them. In other words, this place is a big scam for taking away money and not following treatments at all, neither they care about good treatments results. read more

My experience at central ortho. has been amazing. Every time I come in the take great care of me. The employees are always concerned about how your doing as a person and as a customer. Every time I am here I leave with a smile on my face. Having braces wasn't all that fun but once you get them off your self confidence goes through the roof. Me and my sister have been here for a long time and we are very glad with our results. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast and the appointment is great. I am at the tail end of the Invisalign process at CMO. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Dr. Becky and the team actually make it fun. They are all very friendly, very professional and go out of their way to accommodate their patients. I drive almost an hour to their office and don't mind it in the least. I couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome of my choppers (they look perfect). If you (kids or adults) are considering braces, Invisalign or any orthodontic work, I can't recommend CMO enough. Great experience!!! read more

At first I wasn't too excited about braces, but the staff members are nice and helpful and made the entire process easier. I FINALLY got my braces off a few weeks ago and am very happy with the results!! I can eat more of my favorite candies now : ) I would definitely recommend Central MN Ortho. Andy read more

Staff is very friendly! They are always telling you what they are doing. For me I was scared to get my braces on. They made is fun! So many colors to choose from too! Also they never rushed the process. They knew that it would take time for your teeth to move and adjust. I'm glad that I chose to go to Central Minnesota Orthodontics. :) read more

Everyone at Central MN Orthodontics is always so friendly and positive! It makes the appointments a lot of fun. I also love how my appointments always start on time and go quick which is very helpful when you have a busy schedule of school and after school sports - it's great to get in and out without having to waste time just waiting around. And of course, having a location right in Monticello is so convenient, just five minutes from my house and the school! I got my braces off a few weeks ago and I love the results - I would definitely recommend CMO to anyone who wants a beautiful smile! Josie read more

Just got my braces off, and it was actually a sad day....because I don't get to see Dr. Becky and her staff on a monthly basis anymore. My teeth are perfect, and the two years I spent with the team at CMO was nothing but exceptional. If you need orthodontics and you live anywhere near Monticello...go see these guys! read more

Both my girls required braces last year. I visited two different doctors and received their opinions. We fell in love with Dr. Tamara and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The office is extremely clean and well decorated. You feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Tamara walked us through every step of the process and showed us videos depicting exactly what the plan was for each girl's teeth. It's been a great experience! I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone to visit Dr. Tamara and her staff. read more

My time with CMO is about over, but I can't say enough good things about CMO and everybody there. My treatment was always quick and painless, everybody was extremely polite and friendly, yet professional. My work was excellently done. I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so Kind and patient. All of the offices are so cute and cozy I feel welcome anywhere I go. I had my braces put on just before sixth grade and got them off in ninth. Throughout that whole time I felt very comfortable with everyone who helped me. Dr. Becky is so great and helpful. Whenever I had any questions they always got them answered for me. I miss braces sometimes because I miss seeing all of the ladies here. They are so friendly. Although I do love having my straight teeth. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience. This place is great! I have been going here since I was about seven, and I'm 15 now. We have had nothing but great experiences here, they are very friendly and personable. The one complaint I have is that they have limited hours at the Monticello location, but they try hard to give you the time that you want. I love this place so much, it is always very clean and the workers are very fun people to talk to. When ever there is a good song on the radio they always sing to it. I had a good experience at this ortho. I felt like I had my braces on for a long time but I know the people here knew what they were doing so I trusted them. they always took good care of me and explained the process of what was going on each time and where I was at with my braces. Staff made the process easy to understand for both parents and kids, staff was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting. This is the place to go for braces, the staff was always friendly and answered every question that we had or didn't have about orthodontic work. We went to the Monticello and Sartell office, great service at both places. My daughter was with Lexy (LS) almost every time and Lexy was so nice and informative.
