They were very prompt in their response and I actually had a very nice conversation with Dr. Fosso regarding our options. I very much appreciated his time basically providing a phone consultation without needing to travel to his clinic which would have been problematic since we live in a different state. He was also very honest and open with his professional opinion and suggestions even saying that this clinic might not be the best option for what our daughter needs which apparently is very rare. He even gave us some suggestions for other institutions that might be a better option for us. Being someone who has worked in the healthcare field for over a decade, I very much understand how a medical providers time is very much limited and precious, so I am even more blown away and appreciative of the time this doctor gave us. It has been my experience that a majority of providers that I have worked with would not do this. He clearly has a passion for what he does and for taking care of people. I put them on and could see distance, but could not even read my dashboard. Oops again! Most likely, they forgot the bifocals. I was done working with this company. In the end, they gave me some money back, they noted I did not give them TIME TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION, and noted maybe the prescription was wrong! WHAT! YOU JUST DID THE EXAM! They charged my VSP insurance. I am now filing a complaint with the insurance compan.

I am grateful to the doctors and staff who have been able to save my brothers vision. I live in California so I was able to go with him to the appointment this month since I was visiting. The staff was friendly and nice and seemed to be good at their job. I especially liked the happy people in the reception are. The doctor was competent and that's about it. Terrible bedside manner to someone who might lose his vision. He needs to remember he's not the only smart person in town. Smile a little. Be friendly.
