I never write reviews, but this needs to be said. I've been a loyal client here for over two years, regularly getting nails and brows done. On my last visit, I left with a serious burn on my eyebrows -- painful and obvious. The employee never acknowledged what happened. No apology, no accountability. She just slapped aloe on it and sent me out the door. After years of giving them my business, I expected better. i've gone here on & off for about 2 years, more recently (about 6 months) i've been coming every 3 weeks for a mani pedi. i go back when my nails look super out grown, but the actual gel has never chipped on me (knock on wood) and i am very active! i always get a different tech and am always satisfied when i leave. they're all pretty uniform in their services. the place is very calm and quiet other than the clientele it seems. the workers are always very kind and i notice them working hard to make sure nobody waits long. i only go for a mani & pedi with plain gel, so im not experienced with all their talents and services but for a simple nail like me they are perfect. read more

I am sharing my review a week later to see how the nails and toes held up. My pedicure nail color is still on with no chip or cracks, and my nails are in really good shape. I normally do not wear nails or get a pedicure because I am rough, but nevertheless, they have held up very well a week after my cruise. The customer service was good. He wanted me to always upgrade to pay more but I didn't. I wanted to try them out first. I will follow up again when I get a fill. The inside of this nail salon is nice, very small and you're close to people so if worried about that. This isn't the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodated all guests that came in, and they did so quickly. They had a wide variety of things to choose from. They do lashes, eyebrows, pedicures, nails, and more. They had a large staff which was nice. I got a pedicure and it was one of the best ones I've had recently and got a gel manicure which wasn't the best but it was nice. I try to use local shops to maintain my spending in my own neighborhood. I don't usually get my nails done, often only on special occasions but I do get a pedicure often. So Sunday I decided to treat my 14 year old to getting her nails full set only. I'm sitting directly across from my daughter who is clearly a kid doesn't work they didn't ask me for anything extra. When it came time to pay they charged my 60.00 for her nails said they shaped them differently which was BS the nails were supposed to be for me and her 48 and only I got the basic pedicure. I'm guessing they are charging 20.00 more for dipped I also asked for gel. My nails are not pretty they are so thick and I told the man I didn't want box like just natural and overall I will not be going back. I love this place!! Leo is the best! Nice, respectful guy that always does an amazing job! I bring him ideas and he always tries to do what I ask him for. I do dip! Because gel wherever you go, doesn't last. And my nails have grown so much and have stayed strong! Pay the little extra money and they will last you all month!! I am new to the area... and thought I find my new nail place. I have been here 4 times so far and today I got my valentines nails done complete with blood and abrasions. I was highly Disappointed and told the technician i am bleeding and it's hurting, I requested him to pleaSe be careful. He said ok he will take care of it. He massaged my hands and put oil on my abrasions. I washed my hands, paid full price, & left without even so much of an apology. I called later because they actually did not stop bleeding by the time I got home. He told me to come back & he will take care of it. I am a medical professional and this poses a large infection risk to me. I will not be letting anyone touch my hands for at least a week. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for quite a while, as well as all of the women in my family (and some of the guys that appreciate pedicures). *side note for the guys - do yourself a favor and get a pedi! Customer service was poor leaving me in the chair, feet in water as they forgot about me with a packed house. No one came by to warm the water or remind me that they hadn't forgotten about me and would be with me anytime soon. Only after I asked for a towel to dry my feet to leave did anyone in the whole operation seem to care. I left with careless apologies and took my business elsewhere. Would I go back? Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure which cost 80.00 biggest waste of money . One day later the gel is literly peeling off my nails . Dont know if the polish was defective or they just didn't know what they were doing . The technician that I had was also very ruff with filing my nails and very ruff with my feet as well. I had gone to get my legs, eyebrows & upper lip waxed. Entering the room the woman promptly shut the door on her and my fiancé. I then asked him to come into the room because I was confused on why she did that. He came in and told me he asked her if I was his friend. He promptly stated that I was his fiancé. He told me she had given him a look after he said that and went "Oooh. Okay." & came into the room. He sat down in a chair. While she grabbed the wax. I laid down. She looked at my legs, looked at me with a disgusted face and said "You're very hairy." A phrase she'd continue repeating the entire time I was there. She didn't let the wax slightly cool down at all. She just poured boiling wax onto my legs. She then managed to squeeze in the question "How old is he?" While smiling and pointing at my fiancé. I was confused and a little annoyed on why she would ask that and wouldn't ask me how old I was, the person she's waxing. She took far more interest in my fiancé than doing her job. She then said "He's very beautiful." While I nodded in agreement she continued to pour hot wax on my legs without blowing on it at all. She constantly had a gross face when waxing me. Kept telling me "You're very hairy." Kept asking my fiancé "Better?" Not me. My fiancé. I attempted to converse with her but she ignored me and was far more interested in my, you guessed it! Fiancé! She moved the hot wax machine right next to my leg on top of the bed with me, giving me no room for reaction and high chance of burning myself or knocking it over and paying for the damage. After that she says once again but adding. " You're very hairy. You're like a monkey." I had never felt so insulted and insecure in my entire life. I know that I'm hairy. I get it from my fathers side and that's exactly why I'm here! To get it all waxed! I also have hair on my feet. She looks down and repeats her favorite phrase while saying. "$20 for feet. I wax so makes more romantic." While once again pointing at my fiancé. I said "No." She continued to try and convince me and said "You're very hairy. $10?" I said "No." She continued and I kept saying "No." Anyways, I wax full leg so when she didn't do the back of my upper leg. I asked why she didn't and she said "Oh, you want?" Yes, of course. That's what full leg means. She nearly left me with just my calves, knee and a bit of my upper right thigh hairless and everything hairy. She said "I'll be back, you very hairy so I need more wax." She left the room and you could hear her talking to the other employees, laughing and conversing. She came in and started waxing again. After she was done waxing my legs, she let out a huge sigh of relief and saying "Wow I'm very tired, you a lot of work, very hairy." I once again was astounded on how rude someone could be. Like sorry you're doing your job. She continued to do my eyebrows. I had specifically said. "I DON'T want thin eyebrows! At All! I just want them groomed." She then proceeded to put boiling wax on my eyelids and pressed down so hard my eyelids went inside a bit. I was scared was might've gotten in and that I was going to go blind from how careless she was. Once done. I was scared to open my eyes so I asked for a paper towel. She gave it to me. I wiped my eyes. She then proceeded to tweeze them and I was afraid because I couldn't see them but I felt like I had nothing left. She then continued to shave the remaining hairs with a razor. While doing so she placed herself right in front of my fiancés lap, she squeezed her breast together with her arms right in front of him while shaving my legs when I'm literally on the opposite side of him so for her to be in that position was unreasonable. She made us both extremely uncomfortable. She even hit him in the face with the waxing strip and tried touching him to say sorry but he moved away from her. She showed me my eyebrows with a mirror. I was horrified. I had thin, uneven eyebrows that made me look angry. I was so frustrated with her that I just calmly put my pants back on. & started to leave the room. Once we got out of the room and looked up. All of the other employees stared at us while they had customers they were attending to. They made us feel ashamed like if we'd done something terrible. They wouldn't stop staring at us till we left the place. We didn't want to leave a tip but we're not that terrible of people. We left $5. Totaling to $90 for terrible service. I would no longer recommend this place for waxing. The first time I went was alright. The woman was extremely kind and made great conversation. Eyebrows perfect but my legs once again were left with so many hair patches that I had to wax it myself. This time it was a billion times worse. I'm never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I got a gel manicure here. My nails were grown out very long and I didn't want them cut shorter, and I made this clear to the woman. The woman who did my nails cut them as short as possible, put on two thin laters of polish, and was done. I pointed out several flaws, including a big streak on my pinky. Instead of fixing it, she CUT OUT that part of the side of my nail, then said "sorry." My old polish (bright red) is showing through on several nails and one has already chipped, two days later. Several are streaky and the polish is uneven. A waste of almost 2 hours and $30. read more

I had Went into the place before and got acrylic nails before hand and i didn't get any color but a gel top coat only I also got them done by a lady. Couple weeks later i broke 3 nails and before i went in i called and asked could i get a gel color if i had a gel top coat only the lady said she was going to have to see, I also checked their website and all i wanted was a fix and a color change. So the next day i went in like 30 minutes before they closed but mine you I don't have a car so it was difficult to get a ride, but anyways i went in, there were only 3 people in there. So a guy had done my nails but while he was filing in my nails he would keep mumbling that my nails were lifting and he just kept repeating it. Also he would keep repeating that if my nail broke that it wasn't his fault , so i'm like OK. Y'all when I tell y'all he did a horrible job, My nails were like a neon green the color was cute but the shaping was horrible and i had a dent in one of my nails, i also already had coffin shaped nails but he had messed up my shape and made them ugly. Y'all know when you get gel it's shiny and everything, when i got home one hand was shiny and the other one wasn't but it was too late to go back. I basically wasted 20.00 dollars. they are so boujie it doesn't make any sense. I would give them zero stars if I could. I Highly recommend to not go here if you didn't get you nails done here before, I've made that mistake. If you didn't get your nails done here before and you go in for a fill they charge you the price of a full set which is 25 plus 5 if you have coffin shape. They close at 6pm on Sundays which every other nail salon I called closed at either 5 or 5:30pm. My husband and I I went in for a pedicure. The staff was friendly and courteous. As they were preparing to close, they were sanitizing the chairs which is good to know. They used new tools right out of the package.
