My nails came out horrible. I feel the pedicure was very expensive (58 for French tips and basic heart design on 2 nails) and 55 for my nails that came out terrible and nothing like the picture I showed. Regardless of the inspiration picture being out and available the entire time of the appointment. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here. read more

This is the 4th location I have tried in the Clermont area, and I was searching for a quality manicure, where the gel isn't globbed on and thick or my fingers weren't bleeding when I left. I decided to call Herbal Nails, and the friendly receptionist set me up with an amazing technician right away. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job! But I took the dive and tried Herbal Nails less than a mile from my house and they wow'd me the first time! THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THEIR WAXING ONLY! I was in need of a brazilian wax quickly and this was the only place that offered it without an appointment and was close to my area. I came in and didn't have to wait long at all. I first walked into the wax room and my first thought was to just cancel because nothing was set up. That was the first sign that this was going to be a horrible experience. Mind you I get brazilian wax often so this is not my first rodeo. The bed/table was all up in a corner and wasn't even set up. I don't know how she's going to wax me up in this corner but okay. I'm thinking this is different, but let's not knock it yet. So I get undress waist down and lay on the bed/table that was not set up properly. My waxing lady was nice. She made small talk with me as she starts to wax. I see her having to cut up cloth strips since there was none prepared. I haven't done waxing with these strips in so long. She also trimmed me, which I don't mind since she said it would be easier for her. Whatever she wants to do to make it easier for her is fine by me. My hair was not that long. It's only been growing for a month and I've gotten waxed with longer and bushier hair. As she is waxing me I notice that the wax is not grabbing my hair. I ask her what kind of wax they use and she said she doesn't know besides that it's organic. Okay whatever wax they use does not grab the hair all that well. So since the wax is not that great, my brazilian takes awhile. Also being all up in corner, I could not spread eagle since my leg would hit the wall. She could not get up in there and get all the areas. At one point her back hurts so I told her to take a break. Now it's going on for over an hour now and she is still not done waxing me. My waxing lady comes back and decides to use the tweezer and pull out the hair since she is having a hard time trying to wax me. I'm thinking okay that's fine. I thought she was going to tweeze a couple hair but no I was wrong. She went at it with the tweezers for 20 mins just plucking out my pubes-_- Damn it hurt so much more than waxing. I could not handle it and this was going on for so long. I've never had a brazilian take over an hour to do! I told her I can just shave the rest and she said yea that would be good because she couldn't get it all. My vagina was so red and in so much pain like never before. She told me to ice it. Like really? ICE MY VAGINA?!?! How about you learn how to properly wax someone's delicates? I could not take it anymore and told her to stop. I got dressed and looked at my watch. The waxing took 90 MINUTES and she didn't even finish it!! Unbelievable! My waxing lady was nice so I didn't even want to complain. I just paid the regular amount and still tip her for unfinished service-__- Please everyone do yourself a favor and don't ever come here for a brazilian wax. I'm sure they are great for nails but after that horrible experience I would rather not come back to even get my nails done. Why advertise that you do brazilian waxing when CLEARLY they did not know how to do that service at all?!?! read more

Lots of staffs are friendly but when they gets lots of customer they rush and do not provide good service. Went in last week for acrylics and one week later I'm calling the salon up to take OFF my week old acrylics because I had a fungus growing on 4 different nails.... they were accommodating with getting me in right away but then CHARGED ME to take them off. I intensely disliked my experience at Herbal Nails. Having dip applied to my nails every two to three weeks I am pretty accustomed to the routine. My nail technician gave the impression that she was new to the process or trained in a different and much more laborsome way. She applied multiple layers of base powder on my nails and multiple layers of the two colors that I choose for an ombré finish. I have never experienced a nail technician putting base in between each color and at the end. By the time she was finished I had one muted color and my nails looked like little books were sitting on them. It took forever for her to file them down to a natural appearance. I was sitting in her chair forever and walked out with sore hands and a color that I disliked. Things went really weird for me when the technician told me that my nails were ombré but we just couldn't see it. The comment lightened my mood because from that moment on all I could think about was the YouTube cartoon "Nail Salon." I will say that although I disliked the color, experience and my fingers were sore she did a great job at shaping. It must have been extremely stressful for her having to correct the massive chunks at the end of my fingers with me not being pleased with her. Mistakes happen and I would have recovered nicely if the the atmosphere in the salon was relaxing. During the process of having my nails done a male technician was gossiping about what appeared to be the salon manager. My thought is if they are talking about someone else they are talking about you. read more

Staff was rude, my technician rushed through my pedicure and seemed annoyed that she had to even do it. She mistakenly brushed against my big toe and smeared the drying polish. This salon is new and had so much to offer. I went for a pedicure and an SNS nails redone. I made an appointment and was given a pedicure first. They wrapped my hands, while the chair was massaging my back. Then she got me a water. I was then given a menu with all the things they offer and their prices. I liked all the choices they had and I really liked knowing exactly how much each service cost. Many times there are no way to know unless you ask. I chose to get the candle lit pedicure. It was amazing I've never had a better pedicure. Afterwords a different lady took care of me and did my nails she was very thorough and did an excellent job. The only negative I would say is that it took a full two hours to get my services completed. I'm not from this area, so my normal nail tech does not take more than an hour and a half at the most to do both, however she also isn't as thorough and detailed. I cannot say enough good things about the friendliness and the extra care that was given to me. When I'm back in the area I will definitely visit this place again. read more
