I had a second work comp accident and ended back here, the doctor knew me and while I'm describing my pain he wants me to go to the ER. I tell him, I've waited an hour and nothing is being done? I tell him I was in a car accident, it's been hours off pain and no pain killers or treatment and he wants me to go wait at an ER? He suggests s shot of pain killer, I say yes, then he backpeddled and said it would need approval of insurance and would take time. Made me doubt him as the next day I went to another location and that same spot was administered. As I repeat that he didn't do anything after an hour of waiting he says "go complain to your mom and the receptionist at the front" he says he doesn't have time and says he understands, I said you don't understand as I leave him behind me and he is blabbering and I told him "i thought you didnt have time, so i dont want to hear it". He never asked questions and yet there was a diagnosis made in documentation he had to send my HR since he didnt even mention to pick it up, I was in pain , and left to take care of myself before ending up in the RR but at least with some pain killers in me. Seems everyone got their side of work comp for the company taken care of but I had to look out for my own health. read more

Unless you have a whole free day to WASTE, go some place else! I got called back pretty quickly for my physical, checked my weight and vision then sat me in a room from 3:02 pm until 4:30 pm.. I have never waited that long for any type of dr visit/physical. 40 mins in, I go look for The lady that sat me in the room and asked if it's normal for it to take over 40 mins for the dr to come in. She says yes and that I'm next in line. Once it hit 4:22 I was done waiting, ran into the dr and asked what was taking so long. He says he had to check on a patient in there with an injury first... But she said I was next yet you have to go check on the other person first? Then the Dr comes back, rushed through my physical then it was over after 5 mins. If it was possible to give not 1 star I wouldn't. These are the most unprofessional group of people in the medical field and slowest. I'm a medical assistant myself and these people are terrible at there job. I've been sitting here over 2 hours with no update on anything and while I'm writing this I am still waiting. Some people process to just walk to the back and yet still are not helping the people in the front office. The workers comp is bs here. They will no doubt string you along till you inevitably leave them and the job due to the stress, pain, malpractice, and condescension this office offers. If you have a choice go literally anywhere else. The front staff are apathetic at best, rude, and disconcerting, the nurse practitioners pretend they're doctors and tell you your pain is in your head. The doctors will fill your schedule chop full of appointments straining your rest, your injury, and your confidence, but not actually help you with anything. read more

Come here if you have lots of time to wait because the service is extremely slow and waiting time is long. I had to wait almost three hours to see a nurse. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. when I asked the front desk why it was taking so long, I saw the nurses hanging out on the side of the office. This place does not know how to tell time. The first time I came in for the initial work injury (torn rotator cuff) it took 5.5 hours to see the Dr. Today I have a 0930 follow up and was not taken back to an exam room till 1025. Waiting now for the Dr. The Ladies at the front desk are great and very nice but I don't know why it takes so long to see the Dr. UPDATE: sat in the exam room for 30 minutes. So I came thinking it was like every other drug test of just walking in to pee in a cup but I was WRONG! It took them about 2 hours just to call me for a process that takes less than 3 minutes. Clean spread out waiting room with decent chairs, however, give yourself the ENTIRE DAY off from work to get anything done here. It might be due to short staffing but there doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency at the company/facility. not sure how the other locations are, but give yourself a whole day to wait!! 4hrs just to get titers done. read more

This place is the DMV's best friend when it comes to waiting, and the lack of urgency. I came here to take a peepee test for work. You would think it would be a get in get out, I mean all you gotta do is fill up the little cup, sign a few things, clean after yourself and badabingbadaboom!...Sadly, this place is nothing like that. I've been staring at the ladies in the reception booth, and they seem to be super busy....if busy consists of being on your phone and gossiping with one another. If you're coming with a full bladder, don't hesitate to use the restroom, for you're more than likely to get a damn UTI than getting through this place. As far as the atmosphere of the place goes...well, it's bland, cold, and on the "courtesy TV" they have the good ol soap operas that we so direly need to watch I suppose... read more

The worst care ever. I waited there for 5 hours...YES, 5 HOURS, to get a physical for work. After asking several times, I was finally taken back to a room (4 hours later). There was a D.O. working there that wasnt doing ANYTHING. All of the room were filled and he was playing on the computer. One of the people in the other rooms asked him if he could see her because she had another appointment, so he got off his behind and saw her. Did I mention she came in after me? When I asked if I was next, he made me wait another 30 minutes before coming into the room. The worst customer service ever. DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR PHYSICAL. Go to Healthpointe in Colton. I was in and out within an hour. Very professional, nice office with 3 actual doctors on stay. I was so angry when I left, I wanted to cry. Now I know why they charge 30 dollars for physicals. Dr. Toumayan has been in charge of my physical therapy for the last 10 months and he is amazing. He is always smiling and so friendly with paying attention to every issue I am having and treating it accordingly. He loves what he does and it definitely shows in his patient care.
