Love the children's therapy staff. They have really helped my daughter to advance and improve! They really care that she does better and have a genuine love for their jobs. The children's therapy (physical and occupational) is amazing! Best staff, my daughter loves them here and we appreciate everything they do for her! She would be where she is now without their help and guidance. The only down sides are that if you miss three appointments in a calendar year you lose priority and have to go on a waitlist. We drive over an hour to get here, so in a years time you need to keep a good track record or cancel days ahead. The other down side is the parking. There is rarely close parking because a lot of employees of the facility as a whole park up front close to the entrance instead of parking at the farther away and leaving the close spots open for patients, which is annoying since most people and kids coming here have disabilities and trouble walking. read more

The front desk is so helpful and know me by name! There are 3 great hand therapists. I mainly see Laura. I love her. She has done wonders to help my hand regain full abilities. As a piano player, I was concerned with my hand in a cast for 6 weeks due to a car accident. There were pains throughout my hand. Those are gone. Now we are focusing on full use of one finger. I can now play the piano again, but not as long as I did before, yet! She comes up with new exercises and devises to total give my hand it's original abilities. I have no doubt, Laura has made the difference in this success! She is also very professional and yet personal with each person she treats! I have learned so much from her and her ability to interact with others. She helps us all feel very special. If you read my last review then you know my initial review was less than pleasant. To update from there I will say my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and after discussing the incident, changes were immediately made and I can always appreciate that. It says a lot about a company when they not only hear you out but actually make the changes that are necessary. I did wait a while before doing this review because I wanted to be sure that the changes were permanent and not just because I complained. I can definitively say since then my experience at Transit physical therapy has been great, from the office staff to Rosemary in PT, to Max in OT, and everyone in between. (Seriously Max & Rosemary deserve a raise ) the wait time has gone down drastically and we are always greeted with a warm smile! I cannot comment on Speech services as my son doesn't not receive speech therapy with this company. But seriously if you're looking for services for your child and would like to work with people who are passionate about their job and always strive to help your child give this place a try (ask for Rosemary or Max I promise you will not be disappointed)! read more

When I went to transit I had a hard time sleeping, riding and sitting for a long period of time. Since I been going my pain in my lower buttocks and lower back went from a 7 level to a 0. I have one more session. The staff was very attentive to my pain. They didn't push me beyond my comfort level. I had no problem with scheduling my appointment. When I walked in they knew me by name. I had different therapy's. They were all accommodating and knew my name. Over all I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. read more

I've been having jaw and shoulder problems for a very very long time now. Once I began to notice that I couldn't move, or sleep like i made the decision into making an appointment with my doctor and was sent to this amazing facility. I was professionally treated, and taking care of by an amazing welcoming staff. Thanks to 5he staff now i am able to sleep and go though out my day with no pain. SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!! Service was great, but billing is where they get a one star. I should've noticed a red flag when I had to give transit therapy money upfront (per their policy for every visit). I never have to give money upfront for visits because that's what I pay into my HRA account for. Transit therapy then proceeded to tell me, I will be getting reimbursed for my visit, through them once they verified that my HRA account and insurance was legit, and I had funds. So pretty much they were holding my money as collateral. Anyway, I didn't see reimbursements for awhile, So I called transit therapy and they said everything was squared away that they were in contact with my insurance, that everything was fine...LIARS!!!! After still not seeing any reimbursement, I then called my insurance company myself, they told me they never got the bill from transit therapy or herd from them ever!!! Also, that I should never had to give money upfront because it should've been one quick payment straight to my insurance company through my HRA. Bottom line transit therapy lied and they never sent the bill!!! therefore I could not get Reimbursed. Times are tough and no one has time to be giving money away when the money should have been covered in the first place. Nobody has time to get mixed up in insurance messes either. So not only does transit therapy create a big Insurance disaster for me, they still haven't reimbursed me. Stay away from this place shady shady shady. It's sucks because I chose transit therapy based off of Yelp reviews, now I am the one giving them the review they really deserve. read more

(Rialto clinic) This review is for the Rialto location! I started coming here about 3 weeks ago due to severe hand and arm pain. My doctor had originally diagnosed me with carpal tunnel. The smallest movements of my hand would aggravate it from brushing my hair to writing the smallest amount. It was an everyday all day pain that became unbearable to do anything. By week 3 of therapy here and with the exercises I was given to do at home, I am now able to do a lot of things I couldn't do without pain. My hand only hurts when writing which to me is huge progress! Now the staff. At one point or another I have had some contact with everyone here and they've all been so helpful. Teresita and Alma are great about answering the phone and scheduling or rescheduling. I woke up sick with a horrible cold today and they were able to reschedule me with no issue. Carl is usually the one who starts off my therapy sessions and he is very helpful! Virgil is my main therapist and he explains everything thoroughly. He is very attentive to my concerns. I've also seen the main therapist Rashi (I probably misspelled her name) but she is also great! She explains everything and is a great conversationalist. Brandon also helped me a lot when I first started going there and is willing to help whenever I need it. If I have any questions the ladies in the back are quick to help especially Jenny. My birthday was my second day of therapy and when I walked in they all had remembered and wished me a HBD. Something so simple like that made me feel like I wasn't just another patient there but that I mattered. The environment there is relaxing and fun and I feel like I am being given 110% from everyone. They make sure you're doing good and are comfortable the entire visit. If you're looking for a PT place to go, I highly recommend Transit Physical Therapy- Rialto! read more

Beyond disappointed with the speech therapy lessons today with my sons, second initial session due to the first session with Sara having no patience and no type of communication with my son. My son has a speech delay and it's not comfortable with new people usually take some time to connect with new people. Sarah does not take her time the initial visit my son couldn't stop crying and she kept giving all the toys to my wife to give to my son instead of her trying to make the connection so we had to reschedule for today we were told was going to be another therapist, but once we got here, they still pointed her with Sara so we attempt it again and beyond disappointed with how she handled the situation she walked in her office and went straight to her seat. I had to clam my son down and pulling out different things in the room that he was comfortable with, and understood to make that connection between them too. Then she came forward to him into his personal space which triggered him and I had to calm him again and once again, she came forward once he was calm, and he started crying, as soon as he cried, she said maybe you should make an appointment with another therapist. All of this happening within 5 to 8 minutes. She had no patience at all and just sat at her desk. She didn't give me a paper with different letters and animals, which I read to him instead of her, I then named off the different animals and he pointed at the ones he knew when she tried to get close to him he didn't write again and said, maybe we should go with mom who is in the waiting room talking with Burn office as to why we were seeing Sara this is the second time that happened. We then left the room to go back to the waiting room to reschedule. Sara tried no type of therapeutic communication with my son. She didn't even try to give it time to allow my son to get comfortable my son knows his colors. He knows his animals he knows when you talk to him and explain things to him but she just rushed him right away when he's not used to people my wife had a very bad time last time with Sara, and now, this time seeing it in firsthand is disappointing I have been in the medical field for eight years six years, being a assistant manager to a family practice an urgent care. She had no type of professional therapeutic care at all just sitting behind her desk, waiting for the child to calm down rather than trying to calm him and create a bond when we walk through the door. read more

I started PT two months ago and just completed my series. I was in a car accident and could barely move my left arm and shoulder without excruciating pain. I had no idea what to expect as I had never been to PT before. If you told me I would have the results I have now when I first went in, I wouldn't have believed you. I have almost full range of motion in my arm and shoulder. Zero pain and after a few weeks stopped all pain meds. The entire staff is wonderful but Carolyn and Luis are by far my favorite. Carolyn is the director and she's one of the sweetest souls I've ever met. Extremely intelligent as well. Then Luis is very on top of his game and always kept my body in correct positions to get the most of the stretches and exercises. He knows the body well and doesn't hesitate to correct you. I really appreciate all the love and support from all of them. We were always loud and laughing and having a blast. I will TRULY miss them and may just get injured again so I can go back!! read more

I finished my visits with Transit. I improved. I was never assigned a therapist. so every time I went I was with a different worker. Even during the visit I saw more than one person. I have had physical therapy before and was always with one therapist for every appointment. I feel like I was given the fast food version of therapy instead of a sit-down dinner. read more

I started physical therapy about three weeks ago with upper back pain located between my shoulder blades. I can honestly say I feel so much better. the physical therapy staff are incredible their knowledge and patience was always appreciated. My therapist Justin is very nice, polite and patient. I always felt comfortable during my appointment Justin showed me exercising to do at home which helped a lot. The staff at the front office were also very helpful, always greeting you with a smile. I highly recommend Tranist physical therapy. They have taken good care of me. I felt safe while at my appointment especially during this pandemic. I've had recurring back issues for years and have gone to various physical therapy clinics with similar results, which were more of the same. But when I came to see Mike the owner and therapist, he worked on me and got me straight. He used all the techniques and included passion and knowledge to get me straight.
