Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. After pickup the communication with this shipper was only by text, delivery times were "next morning at opening." For 5 days. There was never a reason for the delay. They seemed to not know where the vehicle was And would not disclose it. The names of the drivers on the BOL at pickup and drop off were different to the "names" given as driver picking up and dropping off. Neither spoke English.
