Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . All i wanted was to rent a limo for a Bachelor party. i was trying to give this business my money!…read more i was coming from out of state. so after researching the area, i requested quotes from a few limo places and All American Limousine was the least expensive, by far. so i decided to give them my business. the price and everything included was great. almost too good to be true compared to other quotes in the area. i was just about to whip out my credit card and call him with my payment until he told me he wanted to send a contract via snail mail *after* i made my deposit. All i asked, was to have a contract emailed so i can sign it, scan it, and return it before any money exchanged hands. that's just how i do it in my line of business! but he absolutely insisted i give him a "non refundable" deposit before i read or signed a contract. this means when he gets my deposit, he can change the quoted price afterwards; he can change anything that was agreed to and i can't do anything to get my money back. we emailed back and fourth for 3 weeks and i got nowhere, as he kept refusing to issue a contract unless i gave him money up front. Eventually he sent a copy of what his contract would look like., but nothing was filled out, not the price, not a signature... not anything. just his companies header and blank lines. it seemed extremely shady! after growing tired with frustration, i called him only to leave a voice mail and to get no call back. then i get an email saying i waited "too long" and that he booked the limo for a prom. when it was I who was the one waiting for him!! so now, after a 3 week headache, i have nothing to show for it. i guess i am just going to have to contact someone else. unless you enjoy games and unprofessionalism, i wouldnt recommend All American Limousine. not at all

We heard about them at the Bridal Show at the fair in January and had kept them in mind to book for our bridal party transportation (one 16 passenger bus) from Fayetteville (where our church is) to Oneida (where our venue is). This is a 25 minute drive. My fiance first spoke with the owner last week and then yesterday and was quoted $1250 for this trip. When he called to book today, the owner said he was busy and to call his assistant Terry. My fiance called Terry and told her the quoted price that was given to us BY THE OWNER, Joe. Terry literally berated my fiance and told him that "no way that is the price because it's outside the area". She told us it would be $1550. She was extremely condescending and literally laughed at my fiance. We cannot believe that this person would be working with customers. My fiance told Terry that the owner had quoted him this price and he just wanted to book it, she literally refused to honor what the owner told us. I'm sorry, but that's just a gross way to deal with clients. I don't know if the owner made a mistake but if so that is not the way it should be handled. We ended up booking someone else just now, so Terry lost them our business. I will be telling all my friends who are getting married this year and next in the area to AVOID this place. Gross.
