We traveled up to Sunriver for a visit with family, but my wife (who currently works from home) forgot her laptop charger at our house. 5 years ago Sunriver CS owner saved my drowned computer; very happy. However, since then, he's hired employees and service is now inferior. After two hours labor, my computer was returned to me with Windows 10, Malwarebytes and, unfortunately, the same problem it went in with. A second attempt did not result in a diagnosis and promised to cost at least another hour of labor. At that point, I lost all confidence in their expertise. So I took the computer to a friend's recommended tech in Bend; the computer is now healthy and blazing fast with an additional hard drive, all for the same price charged by Sunriver CS for failure to fix. Will no longer be recommending Sunriver CS, will definitely recommend the Bend vendor. read more

I had no sound from my HP laptop, so I called Sunriver Computer and talked to Brad. He asked me to bring the laptop in, which I immediately did. Brad got everything working under 5 minutes and he gave me a brief tutorial on home diagnostics I can try for any future sound problems.
