I was told they had checked on my insurance and I hadn't met my deductible so I was responsible for the full amount. I agreed to the terms to receive the discount and paid the amount ahead of the scan. There were no complications or issues. A month later I received a bill for more than I had already paid. I contacted the hospital and they said the original quote was only an estimate and the procedure cost was actually more than double what I was quoted. After disputing it with a manager (Matt) I still ended up paying a substantial amount more. Very unfair practice in my opinion. I would not have had the scan done had the cost been accurately quoted to me originally.

At no point did we feel like we weren't safe and in good hands. They were considerate and personable and they respected ALL of the wishes my wife and I had with regards to the birth plan and care of our baby. They even had yummy food and unlimited frazzles. The service with the Lincare there was excellent - not so here. I can only get oxygyn C tanks delivered on Wednesdays here. OK. I called last Monday or Tuesday, and requested 7 tanks, and was told they would arrive on Thursday. As Wednesday was Christmas day, I expected this. December 26 came around- no new tanks. Thinking deliveries had simply been overwhelming as you were doing everything from Wednesday & Thursday, hoped they would show up Friday, nothing. I should have called then, but didn't. I make no excuses. I did call today, Saturday, only to be told you could make no delivery until Monday. This is disheatening. What if my air concentrator should break down on the weekend, or worse, at night? You have no ability to fix problems except during business hours and then only on Wednesdays? I chose you in Idaho BECAUSE you could and would do flexible (any day of the week, as I NEEDED them, not as was easiest for them) deliveries. I can get nothing until Monday, but then I am promised 16 C tanks as SURPRISE like every year New Years Day is a week after Christmas, so again falls on Wednesday and I am afraid to run into the same problem. I am so glad to be gett 16 tanks. This is the only bright spot- I hope this does not make for further problems down the road.

They offer classes in house for breastfeeding and labor and delivery, and you can stop in for a tour anytime. Love that their facility is secured, no unwanted visitors can enter the Women's Center. The rooms inside are spacious and have every amenity imaginable. They're great. I would recommend delivering here to anyone.

Then told me the next available appointment was 2 months away. I asked if there was anything I could do to get ahold of my doctor or a nurse before then and she was very rude and said no. then I called my primary care physician and he was able to help me with my problem within 30 minutes no issues at all.
