Today I called to speak with someone about a ICD-10 code, as quest stated it would need changed in order to pay a $450 bill. Upon calling the office to speak to someone regarding the bill, Debra Nelson, the MA, answered the phone yelling "Yes." into the phone. She continued to have an absolutely horrendous attitude over the course of me trying to explain the situation. As I've spoken with multiple people both at the Matila Theiss office, Quest and Billing and Coding, and no one has called me back. I am truly astonished by the behavior, and lack of assistance. If anyone has a name and number for a formal complaint, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, Reshay has been wonderful as a provider. But I think this office needs to investigate their other staff and their etiquette on the phone and attitude towards patients.
