After five minutes browsing, I went through the rear unlocked door and observed an entire fleet of U-Haul trucks of various sizes, still in the search for an employee. But on top of that, when moving, most of us non-truck drivers, have to deal with an added headache - having to rent a truck. I'm happy to say that last part wasn't that being of a headache because I walked into the right U-Haul. The guys at this particular location on Oakland Park in Sunrise were extremely helpful, quick, and to the point. Most of the process of renting the vehicle and signing papers is completely modernized and done through an app. The fleet of trucks the keep are clean and well kept. The one I ended up with was easily maneuverable, was properly taken care of and, being one of the smallest trucks in their fleet, allowed me to drive into a covered parking lot in my building without any trouble. The price is also quite reasonable. As usual you also have to pay for miles driven and fill up the truck when returning it, but even with that renting a truck from them seems way better than going to the competition. In conclusion, I highly recommend this particular location. The guys at the front desk will definitely take good care of you, make your experience as easy as possible, and take off part of the stress often associated with moving.

We reserved a F150 with tow capability and that had 2 flat tires and no gas so we received a "…read moreborrowed" Dodge Ram with a bumper pull and it forced us to get a 2" ball at Uhaul. It had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with almost 1/2 tank of gas. It had an old taco chip in drivers side door so was not clean. This had nothing to do with Anna who was exceptional. But we did not get what we asked for which is completely on Uhaul. I mean, come on! The Ford truck was turned in on the previous Saturday with 2 flat tires and no gas ? We won't be coming back to this Truck rental facility again, that is for dang sure! We rented from 10 thru 13 April 2023.
