Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. They had to come back 90 days later and of course they're guaranteed was not honored. I would never use this company again. They're absolutely despicable and they don't own what they've done. Yes, they will come out fast, but the job is done fast and incorrectly.
