Beware! Management is lacking from top down starting with Sam the owner. Time management is lacking, customer the service is non existent. They have no system, stand there forever, keep making excuses why they have your car longer than they should-quoted 3 months kept 8! Get the car back glass still all in it, half ass job, back tail light still not working correctly, tint inside was pink instead of matching rest of car, door still unaligned and clips broken inside and pieces still falling off car. They say bring back and they will fix but can't even seem to find anyone or they are always backed up. ZERO INTEGRITY! Find another place to take my car or waste your time and money AND PATIENCE!! They have had my car since the beginning of January 2024. It is now the middle of July 2024 and I still do not have my car. They have actively been working on it since January and it is still tore apart and not completed. I am supposed to be having my engine rebuilt, but they blocked my number so now I cannot contact them. I have no idea what the status of my car is still to this day. All I know is that they have it and I have no way of contacting them since they blocked me. The only person that I can contact them through is my dad's phone. My name is on the title of the car so I do have ownership of the car. Every time my dad calls, they say that they are short handed and they tell him every week that it'll be done the next week... The next week comes and it is still not done. We have been regular customers with them for almost 2 years now so you would think that they would Approach this a lot better. Definitely do not leave your car here unless you have another car to drive for at least six months to a year. read more

My car got a wreck, that's why I knew the place few months ago. They are specialists on Mercedez, Lexus, but they will take care of other cars if you bring them there . Staff is friendly, the owner (Samy) is quiet but super knowledgeable. I trust the place. Talking to Samy does not give me a feeling like I am going to be robbed. He charges at a reasonable price. I am so disappointed I don't even know what to say completely. I had such good experiences here for years but that all changed. I took my car over requesting the airconditioner system be checked.All they did was charged me to refill the freon even though I had told them that was already done. They charged $40 a pound for $5 freon. To top it off when my officer employee went to pick up the car for me they lied and said they couldn't see the compressor clutch spinning therefore it was bad. This is completely incorrect as this car does not have an ac clutch. Now I am out $130 for nothing. I will be taking it over to continental motors and actually getting it fixed this time for my money. read more

I was on a cross-country drive when I lost the voltage regulator on my 1980 Mercedes 300CD. I called multiple shops in several cities along my route, but no one could get the part quick enough to be of any real help. I got in touch with Central Star Motors in the afternoon and they said they could get the part and told me to come in at 8:00 the next morning. I was still nearly 8-hours away, so I decided to drive as far as I could before my battery died. To conserve battery power I turned off the heater and, more upsetting, the radio. Finally, my headlights were just too dim to continue, so I stopped at a motel, put my battery on a charger and got a few hours of sleep. Woke up before the sun and made it to OKC by 8:00. Unfortunately, the wrong part had been delivered to the shop. When the owner arrived, he heard what had happened, took one look at my car and went upstairs. He returned with a Bosch voltage regulator! I can't believe he had what I needed in stock. The mechanic installed it and 15-minutes later I was back on the road, heater blowing and stereo cranked! The whole team at Central Star Motors were fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to my fellow classic Mercedes enthusiasts! read more

Great mercedes shop that always gets the work done. We have been using them for years. Highly recommend for saving on costly repairs. There a smaller shop not in the best location. There also always busy so id call for appointment. read more

This is an honest feedback, I and my husband been using this repair shop since we moved from Texas. Nice people, always did a great job! We bought an SUV from them and gave us the best deal! NEVER GO THERE, IT IS A RIP-OFF. I went for a diagnosis of a problem in my car. After a quick scan, the mechanic came back with the same diagnosis I got from Autozone for free. A bad coil. I told him the coil has been replaced more than once and the problem was not solved. He said it was not replaced correctly and insisted it is the culprit, but I am sure it is not. The estimated cost to replace the coil is $230 or so, which is a rip-off. He wanted to charge me $90!!! for the diagnosis which would be deducted from the cost of the coil replacement. They have settled for $45. I will never go back and I think they have sensed it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I would prefer to come here instead of the dealership every time. There are no bells and whistles, but they get the job done and cheaper than the dealership. It's easy to get scheduled and they are always really nice. You don't get the fancy coffee and waiting room but you also don't pay for it. read more
