She acted like it was an inconvenience to her to ask a question about their return policy. Due the horrible customer service I will NEVER buy anything from Party City again. I had a receipt, the items were in the original packaging and it was unused and CALLIE would not issue me a refund. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!

Definitely the most unique Party City I've ever seen! The COVID-19 percautions they are taking, are all employees and customers are required to wear masks, as well as social distancing being enforced. It always makes me feel safe to shop when there's a mask requirement! Inside they have all of their Halloween animatronics setup! It's so fun that they have them setup so that you can interact and see them before possibly purchasing any. Beware! They are all on sound sensors so they may turn on out of nowhere! And the Smiling Jack one has a shovel that pops up super quick! Be sure it dosen't hit you! LOL! Anyhow, I had a super fun experience here and look forward to visiting again in the future.
