I usually don't write reviews but since that is how I chose this florist after seeing good reviews I decided to add mine. i needed a cheery bouquet for my parents' anniversary. you see my dad is in the hospital going on 3 weeks now and today is my parents 59th anniversary. My dad asked my sister & I to do something special from him to her today since he can't. so I called at almost 2:00 with a request for same day delivery. Y'all!! I was a walk in and carry out customer here on May 4th for an arrangement for my mother's birthday. This photo is from May 11th and the arrangement barely shows any age. These have lasted well beyond what I expected and my mother has been thrilled with them for well over a week. I would highly recommend this shop. Blossom Designs did an excellent job arranging the 10 flowers that I specifically picked out to send my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary! My wife loved them and thought they were very beautiful. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because after I texted the receptionist what I wanted the card to say, she took it upon herself to edit and abbreviate a lot of the words. Also every word on the card started with a capital which I found odd, but maybe they find it enchanting? I would have liked if the receptionist would have okayed the card design with me beforehand. I believe I could have shortened it myself (every word being capitalized has to take up extra room), or given me an option for a custom length card to fit my original words. TIP: Talk price up front before getting too far in the conversation of having flowers sent no matter what flower shop you choose. Blossom Designs is a little pricey. I would rate it at least $$$, if not $$$$. read more

Blossom Designs what can I say. I found them by driving pass there business and decided to take a chance. I need a dozen Red rose for my wife and when I went it felt like I had done business for 20 years. They were so nice and so helpful like I said I thought I had known them for 20 years. So I asked them for a dozen red roses and they arranged them right then and there so I could take them with me. The roses were beautiful and I can't believe how long they lasted. So I gave them 6 more dates that flowers needed to be delivered and the first delivery was for my wife's birthday. The day before they called me to confirm and told me what time they would be delivered and sure enough they were at my home at the time they said they would. They have a customer for life with me. Not only did they simply fail to fulfill the order, they contacted me more than 24 hours later to inform me that they had problems with their own deliveries and so wanted to pass my order on to another florist, but would only do so if I gave them $20 more so that they could make a profit, since otherwise the money I had paid them would all go to the other florist. read more

I live in Michigan and needed to order two floral arrangements for the Chattanooga area. Connor was extremely helpful and was very friendly and polite on the phone. It seemed like we were long time friends. He described different arrangements for me to choose from. Before they delivered them, they took pictures of both and sent them to me. They were absolutely gorgeous. Their designer does an excellent job. I wish they had a location her where I live. What unbelievable, wonderful customer service! I made an order online on my iPhone over the weekend to have a delivery made today for my parents' 25th anniversary. I called to see if they had received it, and they had not. I dug through my email and credit card statement, and I could not find record of my purchase. I called the shop and was thrilled to find someone there after 5:00. As it turned out, my order did not make it through. Normally, people would just tell you tough luck and that nothing could be done. Not the case this time. They took my order immediately and the designer got to work building out my bouquet while I was on the phone making the order. Not only that, they are delivering the bouquet tonight to make sure my parents' get it on their actual anniversary. The woman I spoke with was professional, courteous, and empathetic, and she truly has a customer service mindset. It was so nice to feel like someone was on my side and wanted to help make this happen for my parents. I now plan to be a loyal customer of this florist, and I made a Yelp account just to pass this review on. This is the second time I have used this florist for an out of town delivery. BOTH times they have failed to deliver, unless, I call back! Today was/is my final time to use them. I didn't want to spend a huge amount , but wanted a 'nice' arrangement . You would have thought I was ordering for a wedding. They were soo nice, and patient. Made suggestions and even brought others in on advice. My daughter called, and sent a phone picture of the flowers. I was very very surprised and pleased. They were beautiful! Everyone was commenting on them and asking for the name of the florist. I've found my florist!!! I might add, that over a week later I saw the flowers. She finally took them home, and over half of the arrangement still looked fresh! They thanked me for taking the time to call and tell them what a great job they did. We were out of town when I received a phone call that a live centerpiece of fresh cut flowers had been left at my front door. I was like, " oh no we're out of town and won't be back for 2 days". The delivery person said they would take the flowers back to the shop and deliver when we returned home. That day I got a call from the designer letting me know the original order had been for a Christmas centerpiece, and asked if I would prefer something more suitable to New Year's since Christmas had passed. The beautiful fragrant centerpiece arrived a couple of hours later and it was one of the most impressive I have ever received.
