I haven't been to a laundry mat in 40 years so I'm not a good judge albeit we're on vacation and our hotel doesn't have laundry service. Although, there was a gal here who brings orders from hotels for service. Nice music playing on the tv. Clean. Has clean men and women's bathrooms. I brought my own detergent.. they do have a dry cleaning adjacent where you can purchase fabric softener and detergent if need be. The machines didn't smell and that's a big deal for me. Good parking. It's a Monday morning and wasn't busy.

I called the office to complain and the lady tried to help by sending someone out the next day, my husband and I had already spent 3 hours cleaning what they should have done. I didn't need them now. I just wanted some of my money back. The owner is refusing to call me he has had plenty of time to offer to correct the issue.
