Today it was pouring down rain but that does not mean that I did not have printing needs. I emailed the store and asked if I could send them 30 different attachments, I needed three colored copies of each for various table toppers for my breakroom. They were benefit reminders for the coming year for the staff. The store responded quickly and I sent the attachments over. Two hours later, the job is done. We picked up our order at the end of the day a week before Christmas and the staff was so cheerful and helpful. And it cost less than other places we had checked. Chris M. is rude and needs to learn how to properly speak to customers without having an ugly attitude or tone bc he can't explain instructions correctly. Even after showing him return instructions from the website he still thought he was right. He made it seem like UPS couldn't package the items I was returning and ship them for a fee! Instead he insited on arguing and being rude! He needs to be trained properly to improve his customer services skills! read more

Was in here today and I believe I need to update my review. First the employees are very friendly. I have been there several times and the employees have always treated me right. They have helped me with that copier that I haven't been able to master. They have helped me twice. They helped me by printing a label from a online company that I needed to return an item. They always seem to give me a coupon with my receipt. One thing that separates them from the office places around town is that they do take usps letters and I love the service here. Just wish I could master the copy machine. LOL !! Liked that I did both errands today in one place. Copy papers and drop off letter. They offer notary service as well but I believe you might want to call to make sure that employee is there. They are conveniently located across from Jack in the box and HEB right off 84. Tried to find a point to be critical and only thing is will warn you to stay alert in parking lot. The Starbucks next door is busy and the drive thru has cars entering back in the parking lot but not really marked well. So stay alert. Not UPS stores fault though. The personnel at this store is excellent! Pam, who helped me send my package was very kind. Thomas and Sam went above and beyond for me when the arrival of our 2-day, time-sensitive, package was delayed for no reason. They were very kind to speak with on the phone and to answer my questions, they called me back when they said that they would, and continued to provide me communication regarding the status of my package. UPS is very lucky to have these individuals. My package was delayed for no explainable reason and due to its delay cost my family an opportunity that we are very disappointed to have missed out on. If it were not for the great employees at this branch I can tell you that my review would look extremely different right now. I realize, however, that was a UPS problem and not the problem of this store who went the extra mile for me! read more

I use UPS store for all my printing for invitations and photo cards. It's easy to just email them with your request and file, and they ask questions if they need any clarification and send you an invoice to approve. They are always fast and the prints look great. I highly recommend! read more

This UPS Store rocks! I have frequented this store many times in order to process my Amazon returns. Staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. Customers are acknowledged almost immediately upon entering the store. If the store is busy and you have to wait in line for a minute or two, staff likewise acknowledges you so you know they will be with you momentarily. This is customer service at its very best, folks! This location is a bit out of the way for me. I really only use it for my USAA Banking needs. There's more than one UPS Store in Waco, but this is the only establishment in the greater Waco area which participates in the USAA Banking. Unfortunately they only accept deposits in the form of a check.. No cash or money orders are accepted at all. Plus, there definitely needs to be more. read more

Been a client for about a month. We have a mailbox for our business. All members of the staff are friendly and greet me when I enter the store. I maybe come into the store twice a week and today one of the employees recognized me and knew I had a package. Another employee called me to today. trying to disposition a piece of mail that didn't have the correct box number. it wasn't ours but I really appreciate they way the employees approach their work. read more
