The man has a background as a former home inspector and construction worker, therefore he will notice issues that most home buyers and other realtors would miss. He spent a lot of time explaining the inspection report, the contract, and other confusing documentation. Because we know how real estate documentation is such an engaging read. He goes the extra mile for his clients. For example, he came to my home to meet with the repairman regarding suggested fixes from the home inspection. We're talking about a 2 hour or so drive through the Dallas Fort Worth area! He provides maps with additional information regarding easements, and other details that you won't see on Google maps (sorry Google). On Sunday, June 13th 2026 our air conditioner in Unit 128D failed around noon. With the maintenance technician out of town, an outside vendor was contacted but never arrived. After learning of our situation around 5p.m. Mrs. Wells took it upon herself, on her day off, to come to the property with her husband, Chris. Together, they retrieved and installed two window A/C units so we could remain comfortable. My wife is on oxygen, making a cool environment especially important. In the year that I lived on this property, we went through several maintenance people and many…read moremanagement personal. The office is NEVER open for you to take care of your requests. I had to fix stopped up drains, front door not closing correctly and cleaned up the dumpster area ALL the time. The grounds are dirty, the pool was NEVER open and always green, mailbox had no keys nor locked for months until I contacted the Post office myself and they told me it was the apartments job to give keys and change locks; however, they did get me a lock and key. They gate barely ever worked and had to be manually opened many times. You get charged fees for grounds and trash, but it's never taken care of. I put in my notice to leave at the end of my lease; I ended up not needing to leave and the Manager Lakisha at the time told me I couldn't stay because she had already rented out my apartment. Yet when I moved out and cleaned the apartment I got calls from her; first call a month later asking where I had left the keys, second call two months later asking where I had left the keys, third call 3 months later asking why I left the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were included in my lease, yet she had no idea. Then I get a letter from an attorney's office stating I owed them money. I called and called and found a new Management company had taken over, called them and they couldn't help me with the bill because they had just taken over Jan 26. Tracked down a different management company and was able to leave a message with the accounting department with no response back. Now I have this on my credit report and still nobody has contacted me back from the apartment complex. I never got any bill or any correspondence from the Woods as to what this so called "money due" was for and the Attorney says they don't have to provide a bill. I'd stay far away from this place.

She is not being a fiduciary in the selling process; it's only about her commission. I have filed a complaint with the TREC, and I am trying to warn others so they don't have to go through what I did. Have that being said if any harm comes to me, my family, my residence anything that I own I will know who is responsible for it!
