If you dare to dance with these greedy devils be prepared for bugs, mold, theft, threats of eviction for repair. Best do mark EVERYTHING on the walk through list (if they even do it). Tale your move in pictures and move out pictures to CYA. I had to fight them because they bought a property I was in. Luckily, my lease was coming up and I got as far away from them as possible. Years later when I went to purchase my home, I found out they had over $3,000. on my credit saying I owed it for damages. The place was cleaner/nicer than it was when I moved in and bug free for the first time in decades. I had it rent ready as I have done with each property I've ever rented. I won my case as they couldn't bully me. I had proof with my move in and move out pictures.
