Craig has the perfect demeanor for a funeral director. He is not only respectful and dignified, but also warm, kind, and compassionate. The way he handled every detail made us feel truly cared for - we didn't have to worry about anything. He gave us the information we needed at the exact moment we needed it - where to stand, where to walk, what to do, and what to expect. He even gestured silently to us in the church so that we knew all we had to do was look at him and he was right there to guide us. We know that this is what funeral directors do, but not all of them are as attentive. Craig guided us through our most difficult family time so carefully and thoughtfully that all the details fell perfectly into place. We were also impressed with the clear communication that transpired before, during, and after the entire process. Whenever we called (which was often), we received timely responses. He answered all of our questions - including ones that some consider 'taboo' to be curious about. It wasn't long before we breathed a collective sigh of relief because we knew we were in excellent hands. I think the best testament to Craig's exemplary service is to tell you that we have arranged to have Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home handle our mother's funeral when the time comes. He was our partner in laying Dad to rest. As unhappy a time as our mother's passing will surely be, it is comforting to know he will be there to lead the way. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. And now they dispute the damage and state it was on the vehicle when it left the auction..Gate passes do not lie Just this trucking company. stay away!!!!!! P.S we have not finished yet, we will get our car fixed at your cost... this is not going away.....
