We tried them around 3pm and needed an oil change for our Subaru Outback and a few hours later they were done and on our way...They even had a beautiful assistant travel to a neighboring town to get the right oil and filter. Our questions were answered clearly. They also installed our main floor gas fireplace along with a Potbelly gas heater in the basement. When the house was plumbed for natural gas they stubbed a pipe into the garage just in case. When we were almost ready to move in I asked them to install a ceiling mounted heater in the garage. When they were almost finished with the heater, I commented on the black pipe that was running up the white garage wall. Knowing that was the type of pipe that had to be used for gas I didn't say anything else. After they returned from lunch I went back into the garage for something a found out that they had painted the pipe white to match the wall.
